Essenza Dune Hotel

Our stay at this hotel in Jericoacoara was truly wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed us restful nights after long days of exploring. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff. They were dedicated, efficient, friendly, respectful, and attentive at every moment. They went above and beyond to assist us, organizing all of our activities seamlessly, and even surprised us by decorating our room as a courtesy to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, a gesture we will never forget. A special thank you to Fernando at the front desk, whose professionalism and warm personality stood out and made us feel especially welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jericoacoara.

This hotel was on my bucket list so you can only imagine my disappointment, where to begin?! As soon as we arrived we walked up a pathway with grass onto the entrance of the hotel, there was what looks like a coffee table for check-in, since we had to pay the other half at the hotel at the property we gave the same card we used first hand for the first part and it didn’t go through instead of them finding a solution they gave me no other choice then to use a different card. The room was very clean 🙌 internet didn’t work in our room the light of the hot tub wasn’t working. We stayed at the Ezzenza Dune which gave us free pass to the Ezzenza praia hotel facilities (pool,sauna and beach front service.) wish we had spent a little more money to have booked our room there. We booked the Dune because it’s further away from where all the nightlife happens so we can get nice nights of sleep, didn’t happen as we got woken up two nights in a row with guests from next door at around 2 am with music and swimming in the balcony. So my advice to you is, if you’re going to be spending money might as well stay at the Ezzenza Beach front. Other than that fell in love with this little town Jericoacoara, will for sure be going back but not to this property.
