This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had. It’s a very tired hotel and much of the facilities were shutting down. Day time food was either non existent or poor. Hotel couldn’t organise a hire car. Taxis were impossible and although the hotel shuttle was available it cost every time . I spent over €130 on shuttles. Would not recommend to anyone

On est très loin d'un 4 étoiles. Une plage en béton alors que sur les photos on le voit pas, une chambre normale sans plus, une douche minuscule alors qu'il y a la place de faire plus grand, drôle de choix. Une piscine magnifique mais là encore déceptive, il faut un bonnet de bain, personne ne nous le dit avant d'arriver donc il faut payer et plus cher que dans le commerce, idem pour une serviette de bain, du jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles ! Le service est moyen, à un endroit on nous dit qu'on a droit au parasol et transat, on arrive sur la plage c'est non et finalement l'accueil dit oui !! Au restaurant ils se trompent sur un plat on a attendu un temps interminable pour avoir le vrai plat et pour avoir un dessert, temps d'attente de 1h30 de plus. C'est bon mais ce n'est pas non plus transcendant... Le matin petit déjeuner international mais il faut réclamer du lait !! Le café n'est pas en libre service et il faut faire la queue dès le matin bof pour un 4 étoiles !! Le dernier soir on nous fait garer dans un terrain qui ressemble plus à un terrain vague qu'à un parking avec la voiture de location. Et comme vous montrez votre mécontentement le lendemain même pas le droit à au revoir...et des petits détails douche petite et joint sale, une chaîne antivol pour fermer une grille qui enclot la piscine. La prestation ne vaut pas le tarif. La plupart des photos ne refletent pas l'état de l'hôtel. Je ne conseille vraiment pas.

Hotellet ligger flere kilometer fra nærmeste by. Det er absolutt ingenting i området rundt. Om du liker å betale €3 hver dag for såkalt service per pers. på hotellets restaurant, så værsågod! De reklamerer med en strand, den er bitteliten. Resten av strandområdet består av klipper, du må klatre ned i sjøen.. ikke sælig sjarmerende. Hotellet er en resort, her får du ikke følelse av ekte Italia, legg heller turen din innom et lite hotell i en nærliggende by. Vårt opphold endte med hotellbytte.

The beach is not nice. Huge rocks, not easy to swim. Hard to get into pool. Only 1 small opening to get in. Inconvenient. Restaurant is mediocre. I had lobster pasta with tomato sauce and had to dig lobster out. The tail was non-existent, so pratically missing, and little meat. Got sauce all over my hands. Very messy. Room is small and my bathroom shower mat was wet before i even used it. For the price of $250 Canadian, this was a rip off.

Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi taget fint imod. Men de værelser vi have booket var ikke dem vi blev tilbudt. Vi fik dog ændret det ene med det samme og det andet dagen efter. Aircondition i værelset virkede ikke men de fik det fikset. Det tog dog et par dage. Poolen var fin og stor. Men der var krav om man skulle have badehætte på som de solgte for 2 euro på stedet. Men måtte ikke hoppe i poolen eller lege med badedyr. Hvilket kan være lidt svært at forstå når man er barn. Både poolen og den private strand lukkede kl. 19.00 Hvilket var lidt ærgerligt når det er 38 grader til langt hen på aftenen og en aftendukkert er et skønt ritual. De 2 restauranter der var på hotellet var en smule primitive. Den en et pizzaria som KUN serverede pizza.(16 forskellige) Og den anden som skulle forestille at være en smule mere eksklusiv var en skuffende mad oplevelse. En meget lille menu med lille udvalg. Vi fik 2 fiskeretter som bestod af fisk. Den ene ret en helstegt fisk. Den anden en fiskeanretning med friteret blæksprutte, friteret hvid fisk og friterede rejer. Ingen af retterne havde noget for for tilbehør. Ingen grønt eller salat eller sauce eller dressing. En skive citron var hvad de kunne finde på. Og der var ikke mulighed for at bestille det ved siden af. En ganske udmærket morgenmadsbuffet med god frisklavet kaffe, uden at være prangende. Det ind i mellem lidt besværligt at kommunikere med flere af de ansatte på engelsk. Men tegnesprog er jo heldigvis universalt.

Very basic. Pool doesn’t look like photo. Has ropes around the perimeter and your not allowed in the pool without a swimming hat! Towels have to be paid for as well as deposit left. Looked very abandoned and run down.

Personnel très aimable, chambres bien propres, restaurant délicieux. Offre de boîte déjeuner car notre vol était tôt le matin. Belles installations extérieures avec beaux arbres et fleurs; mais au 26 mai la piscine n’était pas ouverte et les installations de terrasse côté mer étaient incomplètes. Tout de même je recommande cet endroit!

In its prime, this would have been a wonderful hotel. Close to the beach and amenities. It needs a bit of love and a good coat of paint. The room was not cleaned to a high standard, dust on the window sills. The blanket and sheets had yellow stains on it from body fluids. Staff was lovely enough but hotel needs some TLC

Good sized room and bathroom and very clean. Next to the beach with a nice pool. Conveniently located close to the aimport and a 25 min drive to old Bari. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were each offered a generous breakfast to go for our early departure. Definitely a 👍

Hotel molto confortevole pulito e silenzioso. Materasso ottimo e camera ben arredata. Personale molto gentile e professionale a partire dalla security all'ingresso dove il Sig. Nicola mi ha accolto in maniera cordialissima e professionale dandomi tutte le info necessarie come dove parcheggiare ,l'ingresso della reception etc etc (sembrava che fossi un cliente abituale ma invece era la prima volta....) alla receptionist davvero gentile. Forse rivedrei qualcosa nella colazione dolce che comunque mi ha soddisfatto. Ristorante della struttura di ottima qualità ad un prezzo davvero competitivo. Riassumo qualità prezzo top e sicuramente ci ritornerò e lo consiglio vivamente

sono ritornato in questa struttura mi hanno fatto l'up grade da standard a confort ed è davvero una stanza molto confortevole e molto moderna Pulizia sempre eccellente e colazione molto buona Lo consiglio perchè è una garanzia

Séjour basique pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Beaucoup de personnel dans l'ensemble professionnel. Hôtel propre mais mal insonorisé car ayant déjà pas mal d'années malgré un rafraichissement de surface.Volets roulants manuels, épaisseur des vitres de 3 mm, frigo de la chambre bruyant à l'extinction,le bruit d'un compresseur sous la chambre 209,qui se met en route en fin de nuit🙄. Donc comme je disais plus haut la structure générale commence à dater mais le personnel dans l'ensemble fait du bon travail.

Ormai quando sono a Bari per lavoro soggiorno spesso in questa struttura e mi trovo molto bene.L'odore di pulto che riscontro ogni volta che entro nella stanza è inconfondibile. Forse nelle stanze del secondo piano bisognorebbe cambiare l'infisso perchè essendoci la ferrovia vicino se non si abbassa la tapparella si sente un leggero rumore. Ma è solo un cavillo in quanto il confort è garantito e a volte alla reception offrono up grade della camera allo stesso prezzo. Per me ormai è tappa fissa

This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had. It’s a very tired hotel and much of the facilities were shutting down. Day time food was either non existent or poor. Hotel couldn’t organise a hire car. Taxis were impossible and although the hotel shuttle was available it cost every time . I spent over €130 on shuttles. Would not recommend to anyone

Vi opplevde det svært sjenerende at musikken ut fra høytalerne var for høy og sjenerende. Etter forespørsel om å dempe elier skru av lyden i bassengområde, ble vi møtt iten respons. Det ble rot i kommunikasjonen mellom taxisjåfør, hotellet og oss ved transport til flyplassen. De mistet kontrollen på bestillingen og måtte be om vår kvittering for betalt transport. Virket litt uprofesjonellt på oss, men det ordnet seg tilslutt.

The ocean access is great but the facilities are old and worn out. It’s a resort so they will try to squeeze out every cent out of you. Only one receptionist was polite (a bald man with tattoos) and professional. The rest were rude and dismissive, they wouldn’t even look up or make eye contact. I asked for some food at the bar and the barista got offended that she got it wrong and blamed me for it, then spoke to me like I was stupid as if I couldn’t properly communicate in English. Mistakes happen, but one has to know to be gracious to accept them.

Good sized room and bathroom and very clean. Next to the beach with a nice pool. Conveniently located close to the aimport and a 25 min drive to old Bari. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were each offered a generous breakfast to go for our early departure. Definitely a 👍

Great property, but it is helpful to have a car. Taxis are very expensive. Bus to Bari is a doable option. David was helpful at the pool and reception bar. Breakfast is well managed —and tasty. Cleaning staff was helpful and kind. Antonio in animation was EXTREMELY helpful with kids!

Among all the staff only 2 people gave us good service, the reception Rosella and Ana Maria, the rest of the staff doesn't speak English and doesn't bother to try communicating as I could speak some Italian but big difference on treatment if you are Italian.

The hotel was lovely but too far from Bari city centre. Buses do not run on a Sunday to and from hotel to Bari and taxis are around €50 each way. Shuttle to and from airport convenient for €25. Breakfast very good for a buffet with twinning tea which is a bonus. Rooms are lovely but unfortunately if you like a cup of tea or coffee when you wake up there is no facilities in the room. I bought a small kettle as i had my own tea bags. They did have a hairdryer for us ladies though.

Aan de zee is het ook erg fijn (gratis ligstoelen, een parasol tafeltje en het water is zalig warm). 2 tips: - Neem een badmuts mee; die is verplicht in het zwembad (zoals dat vaak is in Italie). - Huur een auto: als je het centrum van Giovinazzo, Alberobello of Bari wilt bezoeken, dan heb je die echt nodig. This hotel is beautiful and staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and property kept up. Breakfast had a good variety nothing fancy but a little bit of everything. Only downfall is location is away from city center so catching a cab a little pricey.... I would definitely stay here again

Pænt hotel, dejlig pool og morgen buffet. Lokationen kræver dog egen bil, der er bus udenfor men ret ustabil, og personale giver forskellige afgangstider...strand området ikke værd at bruge, klipper og ingen strand. Mulighed for at låne cykler så man kan komme til omkring liggende byer og spise, skal dog nåes på 2 timer hvilket kan værw svært. Personale ok flinke men ikke gode til engelsk.

The beach is not nice. Huge rocks, not easy to swim. Hard to get into pool. Only 1 small opening to get in. Inconvenient. Restaurant is mediocre. I had lobster pasta with tomato sauce and had to dig lobster out. The tail was non-existent, so pratically missing, and little meat. Got sauce all over my hands. Very messy. Room is small and my bathroom shower mat was wet before i even used it. For the price of $250 Canadian, this was a rip off.

Très déçu par rapport aux photos présentées cet hôtel est probablement parfait car prévu pour l'été. Nous sommes allés fin septembre pas de page pas de repas dehors car il faisait très froid et le restaurant ressemblait à une cantine de petites entreprises et encore je suis gentil. Rien ne ressemblait à ce que j'attendais par rapport aux photos. Je venais fêter l'anniversaire de mon épouse et ne connaissant encore rien de ce qui m'attendait j'ai demandé à la réception pour le lendemain une table intime au restaurant pour fêter l'anniversaire lorsque j'ai vu la femme la veille j'ai compris que c'était pas l'endroit idéal. Une salle impersonnel éclairé ampoules économie d'énergie, table sans nappe, mur blanc comme un préau bref en 60 voyages dans le monde jamais nous avons eu une pareille salle de restaurant. Par contre nous avons trouvé dans le village voisin de Giovinazzo un restaurant extraordinaire. D'une cuisine gastronomique égale au meilleur restaurant je le conseille vivement aux résidents qui comme nous arriverait hors saison dans un hôtel sans âme. Il s'agit du restaurant romanozz'is sur le petit port. Une soirée anniversaire inoubliable. Merci à son chef grâce auquel nous avons évité pour une pareille soirée la cantine de l'hôtel. Il faudrait que les photos soient réaliste car hors saison à éviter à tout prix

Very pleased we didn’t pay full price for this hotel. Being by the sea was really lovely and the staff were good but the hotel / our room was very rundown. The reviews for the restaurant aren’t good so we decided to go into Giovinazzo (8miles away), the hotel staff said a taxi was €40, we ended up booking an uber which was €18! We were told a taxi to the airport (5miles) was €35, an uber was €23. This doesn’t reflect the score of the hotel / staff but thought it would be helpful for other travellers.

The reviews for the restaurant aren’t good so we decided to go into Giovinazzo (8miles away), the hotel staff said a taxi was €40, we ended up booking an uber which was €18! We were told a taxi to the airport (5miles) was €35, an uber was €23. This doesn’t reflect the score of the hotel / staff but thought it would be helpful for other travellers.

It's an ok hotel. A bit run down. It's cheap and clean with a good breakfast so that's a positive. But if you do not have a car you have to rely of the rare city bus to take you to a restaurant - closest of which is about 4km away. There is a restaurant on premises but it's very limited.
