Studio 6 Casper WY

Very disappointed this trip. Went through Multiple sets of keys, room change, bed change more keys. Just wow. Not sure what is happening but obvious changes have been made since my last visit in fall 2024

booked a suite as it had a couch. get to the hotel to find that the suites are all on the second floor with no elevator. I have bad arthritis in both knees and we were traveling with our two dogs. Taking them out down two flights of stairs multiple times during our stay would not be easy. I asked for a ground floor room. They don't have any suites on the ground floor. I said this is fine, really just wanted more space than a bed to relax after days on the road. They also told me all their handicap rooms are on the second floor. How does that make sense? I watched a man with crutches climb two flights of stairs! The pet area was absolutely disgusting!! Can not stress this enough. I don't think poop has ever been picked up here!!! I felt horrible taking my dogs out to potty. I have seen bigger showers in RV's. The room was clean for the price. People were for sure living here. Kids and dogs running around everywhere. Random BBQ's in strange places. Lots of "activity". Room was extremely hot when we opened it. I had to turn off the HVAC and open a window as the AC had a sign on it that it was not set up yet. As usual, no fan in the bathroom and I swear all the bathroom lights were heat lamps. Never felt fully safe here. Check in was slow, I dont think the man had ever used an iPad or the system before.

People out all night playing loud music in what used to be the pool area thats now concreted over. Cigarrette butts and trash everywhere. Super sketchy place with a camper in the back someone is livng in. Cleaning is minimal, stained sheets, dust bunnies everywhere.

The property appears to be under renovation therefore there is a lot of broken pavement and construction debris. Not a bad stay, but needs improvement.

Parking wasn't great

Extremely rundown inside and out. Pool crudely filled in with concrete. Crumbling concrete steps. Damaged interior walls crudely patched.

Needed to have prperty cleaned up Rooms was clean But property needs cleaned up Cigarette butts Just dirty around it

I enjoy the staff and their SMILES. Would enjoy seeing care for the plants and bushes. It would Feel more vibrant and welcoming and have curb appeal

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The window was broken. There were more than 3 vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires The card access system was not working properly, I had to get new cards 3 times during my 2 night stay. The shower curtain rod was coming detached from the walls it was anchored to.

Both of the rooms we had smelled bad. Dog poop on the walk ways and we tryed calling several times to make room adjustments prior to arriving but nobody answered. Windows were broke on 1 of our rooms. Property is really loud at night. If you want to sleep dont stay here.

It was so dirty in the room that I left after just 5 minutes in the room. There were bugs in the sink, gum on the floor, holes in the sheets, and stains on the comforter. I was scared and chose to leave. I did not feel safe.

Toilet bowl had poop stains in it, was not cleaned and damaged seat

The beds, bathroom, linen, towels were clean; however, the floor was filthy. The tile was grey and grooved so it looked new. My sister was walking barefeet, her feet were sticking to the floor, she lifted one foot to look under her foot - the bottom of her foot was extremely dirty. Coated with dirt! The soles of both feet were filthy (and “no” - she had clean feet when we arrived). The room had a funky smell too.

The property was unsanitary, no clean towels the towels had permeant stains on them, I also saw roaches in the room and the refrigerator had rust inside at the bottom. The biggest issue was the open hole in the ceiling right over the toilet inside the bathroom which made me feel really uncomfortable and I notified the front desk about it but I was told they couldn't change my room because all the rooms had been booked and the hot water wasn't working the first day I was there.

Checking in was a breeze guy at front desk was very helpful Checking into my room was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, black stuff all over the counter that got onto our clothes, toilet was dirty and lots of flies. An hour into our stay some man with a working key walked right into our room. We were going to a concert this night and that made me uneasy about leaving anything in the room. Coming back 3 hours later my key card no longer worked. The man at the front desk fixed the issue very friendly no problem getting back into the room. I think people live in the rooms next to us they were in and out very loud all night and making lots of trips to their vehicles

Blood on the pillow cases, hair in the shower, dirty floor. wifi and television did not work. Cops showed up all three days I was there. The first room we were assigned already had someone staying in it. I expected nothing fancy but for 92 dollars a night I could have at least stayed somewhere clean and safe. But the front desk staff, the young lady was very kind and helpful.

Truly disgusting. Dirt on bathroom wall and in shelves. The kitchen had both ants and roaches. At least the beds were clean and comfortable, but otherwise this was seriously disappointing.

Room was in terrible condition. Dirty rag in the bathroom floor, floors led out socks black, nasty stains in shower. The whole property looks like it’s falling apart and nasty. Somebody literally got arrested during our stay. Felt unsafe the entire time we were there, one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

The room was really dirty. I have bedbug bites everywhere. The room was so cold I could see my breath and the air conditioner wouldn't shut off. On a chilly night and 49degrees outside it would be nice to have a warm place to sleep. I had to park around the other side of the building from my room and someone tampered with my SUV. I've stayed many times at this motel 6 without issues.

Not sure where to begin. The check-in process was fine, and the attendant was very nice. We got in around midnight. The room was horrible. It smelled like pee. The bed sheets were extremely dingy. One had actual dirt particles on it. Out of all the pillows, one had a pillowcase. Several were torn with stuffing coming out. We got in so late and were only going to be in the room for about 6 hours so there was no point in making a fuss over it. We both laid on top of the duvets and slept under jackets instead of risking the dirty beds. The towels were also dingy and looked like they needed to be bleached. I will not stay here again and would recommend others look elsewhere. I would have gladly paid extra for another place if I knew how dirty this room was going to be.

Too much noise from people upstairs

Manager wasnt too friendly at all. The room we were in the air conditioner leaked on the floor constantly and the room was always hot. The cleaning lady was really nice and very helpful.

The central air conditioning blows cigarette smoke into your room. The whole property is non-smoking. I switched rooms same problem. The mattresses are worn out. You either sleep on the spine or are rolling off the side of the bed. The staff says this is the best room in the house. If so I'd hate to see the worst.

My room had a VERY loud air conditioner. I had to shut it down when I tried to sleep. The light outside my window was so bright it bled in around the curtains. Overall it was not a great stay.

It was ok. The door to our room had trouble closing, you had to slam it. It was ok for a quick night to sleep but doubt I would stay again.

The heat fan was loud, could not sleep with it on. I asked for an extra blanket to keep me warm. Tv remote wouldn't work so went to office and they said maintenance will be down and never saw them. The room above me I could hear the creaks in all their steps. The stairs to the upper outdoor floors are concrete slabs and metal and were very noisy.

Room was fine but the curtain didn't close all the way and the room was extremely bright at night.

Bad WiFi

This is literally a Motel 6. Staff was nice. It’s old. Not the cleanest. Rooms, including suites are tiny. It is what it is. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I’m not under any illusions, I know what I’m getting into and for me it’s fine for a bed to sleep on for a few hours. Just a couple minutes from the Ford Center.

Basic needs are met. The internet is very slow and cuts out a lot but room was clean and comfortable. Dog poop on the sidewalk.

The guy behind the counter tried his best to be helpful but the owners who do their own maintenance could care less if something is wrong with their rooms. The TV in the room did not work, we had the room for two night. First night I told them about it 3 times, nothing was done. Day 2, I was told it would be fixed. 4:30 pm, not fixed, 3 more requests over an hour and a half to get it fixed, the maintenance guy went and took a nap. The front desk guy finally gave us a different room. That wasn’t the only issue, the heat was stuck on hotter than hell and the door lock was loose.I was willing to deal with that but it is boring being in a room for 2 days without a tv.

I was denied my stay because the person working kept over charging my card, so my card kept declining I called my card and they stated they were charging my card 88 dollars and I was only supposed to pay 74, and when I explained to them what my card stated they then got very rude and kept saying I wasn't allowed to stay there and that they would call the cops on me

The staff were so nice! They really helped us feel welcome even for a quick overnight stop.

The candy machine give you the chocolate melted and the guy say thats not my machine . I can't change the input at the TV for use my dispositive. They don't have the reservation when I arrive and he just say that's not my problem

I was required to pay $50 up front even though I had already paid for the room for two days with the promise that I would be given it back when I checked out. The first night the room was cold (no heat), the second night I complained about not heat and was given a space heater which worked .I have doubts that the $50 was put back into my credit card but I will check.

The Front desk Was the rudest person he could not find my reservation and when I was calling Expedia to find out what the issue was he told me to go to my car and come back when I had it taken care of. He kept telling me he only had 1 room left to pay for it again. He didn't even want to talk to the Expedia representative .

Very kind and caring staff.

Had to go the front desk twice to get a key that worked. Desk clerk gave someone else my room and they walked in on me in my underwear. Clerk did not understand or speak English very well.

Dirty, broken lock on the door, rude staff. The man (in street clothes) banged on the door several times at 9:30am when check out was 11:00. We yelled out, but he decided to unlock our door anyway and try to let himself in. If I hadn’t gotten up to hold the door closed, he would have walked in on me in my underwear. He didn’t apologize. We got 2 rooms and authorized a deposit for each. Both of which cleared my acct instead of staying pending. Still haven’t received that money back. It’s been 5 days.

Nothing special, area kind of shady

The property sits on a bluff that overlooks the city of Casper, Wy. It's beautiful. The room was upgraded recently, nicest Motel 6 room ever. Chill place even though it was packed for a weekend rodeo. The wxterior itself is a typical, old, Motel 6 property. No big deal, though. I would stay at that property again.

Close to McDonald’s and a couple other places. Just a short ride from the airport and into town.

It took less than one minute to check in. The room was nice. The mattress was a little too soft for my liking but still had a comfortable night's rest. Parking is not plentiful and I had to park far away from my room. Overall, a good experience.

Ok place to stay along the interstate

The night view is beautiful.

This motel has friendly people. Check-in was really easy.Its near the interstate so you do hear traffic. Very close to the event we went to. I only had a few problems the first was the towels. We stayed two nights. I was assuming we get a replenish of towels and we did not . And the air conditioner does not work very well. It was on, but didn’t cool the place at all. We actually brought little fans that we had to use. All together I guess it was worth the price .

People fighting all night and not being able to sleep, vending machines for food, bed was terrible

Staff was friendly, room was clean, good shower and everything worked. Quiet area and got a good nights sleep. Located down the road from a brewery which was easy for dinner and a quick beer. Only stayed one night and the price was good. Would stay here again.
