Clean, well equipped facility. As well as your room you had access to a small kitchen area which had everything you needed to make drinks and prepare light meals. Close walk to the shops and town centre and 20 minutes walk to the beach. There is a bus that goes to Palermo and to the airport.

The property was very charming and roomy. We loved the feel of an authentic home. Check in was easy with a lock box. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. Great restaurants at a walkable distance and the beach is a quick car ride.

The property is quite well done and unique but did have a few issues- Couldn't get the air to blow cold. Luckily it was not too hot in Oct so wasn't a big deal, Patio door top right hinge is not functioning properly so took me a while to figure out how to close it tightly and yes, I am familiar with the tilt out function. Water pressure was a bit low, and I ran out of hot water during a shower. The bed frame is a little squeaky. We meet the host, and she recommended a excellent family restaurant that we went to. the town is small so not a lot of night life, but we just wanted a hotel close to the airport as we were going home next morning, and it was only a 12min drive.

Very pleasant B&B with nice rooms and bathrooms. The place is close to the Palermo Airport but also to several beaches in the vicinity. The main commercial street is just two blocks away which makes finding shops and restaurants pretty easy. The historic center of town is just a block away, too. Even though there is only street parking available, there is no problem finding a parking spot in this quite safe suburb of Palermo.

Estuvimos muy agusto en este alojamiento, la habitación era amplia, nueva y estaba muy limpia. Teníamos un balcón que daba a la calle y la habitación disponía de nevera y calentador de agua para hacerte infusiones, algo que me gustó mucho, ya que yo tomo cada noche. El fallo que le vimos a la habitación fué la ducha, apenas salía agua, no había presión. Un espejo grande en la habitación tampoco iría mal.En el desayuno sólo tenían dulces y en mi caso, no puedo desayunar dulces todos los dias debido a mi intolerancia, esto deberían arreglarlo e incluir algo salado, nosotros fuimos al super y nos compramos algo de embutido, eso si, los capuchinos los hacen muy buenos!! Se puede aparcar facilmente y gratis por las calles de alrededor. Es un alojamiento recomendable para estar en un pueblecito tranquilo y visitar comodamente la zona de Palermo.

The property appeared quaint and traditional but smelt. It was a short stay so I let it slide. Then the sink plug wouldn’t open and shower leaked everywhere. The breakfast options were very limited and end of season roadworks and repairs made it very noisy. The picture is misleading as the beach is 3km away. The property advertised car hire but did not have it. Booked transfer to trapani airport was told 40 euros cash or card then rose to 130 euros and demanded cash. Was also 30 minutes late. Proprieters were rude and gave poor information. Not a nice experience.

We stayed for just one night at the end of our holiday before an early-ish flight from Palermo but would have been very happy to stay longer. The host was very friendly and the accomodation is very tastefully appointed as well as being spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is located a short distance from the main street which has a selection of bars and restaurants. Guests also have access to a small food preparation area. Breakfast was excellent h a self-service selection of bread, cheese, ham, pastries, fruit and yoghurt etc. The hosts arranged transfer to the airport which was completely hassle-free. Would highly recommend this place and would also consider returning - thanks for a great little stay!

This B&B is located quite far from Palermo city center, with very limited option to travel to the city . but it’s convenient if need to be close to the airport. The hosts are helpful to call taxi The breakfast selection is very limited. consider it as no breakfast. The bed is soft, which may or may not suit your preference. We do not recommend staying at this B and B. Avoid!! We don’t usually post reviews but felt it was necessary in this case to warn others. We have been travelling in Sicily for many weeks staying at many different hotels and B and Bs. We have had such a positive experience but unfortunately not in this case. This one was by far the worst. Although the check in process was easy, the room was small and dark , the bed and linens uncomfortable. The “breakfast” was very meagre consisting of some stale pastries and a bit of fruit. The worst thing, however, was the rudeness, hostility and unfriendliness of the staff. They were not prepared to help us in any way. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are so many other lovely places to stay in the area so we recommend avoiding this one!

the rooms are paper thin. one could hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. nice place clean and convenient but not good for rest. there was also nothing for us in the morning as we had to leave by 7 AM. there was also no remote for the TV nor response from the property contact. overall i would not recommend.

Ariana was a superb hostess! Very nice and accommodating. She helped us with the bus schedule to Palermo and we had a great visit and a great stay! Highly recommend for couples who are mobile and looking for a nice, clean and safe stop over. Mille gracie!

The property appeared quaint and traditional but smelt. It was a short stay so I let it slide. Then the sink plug wouldn’t open and shower leaked everywhere. The breakfast options were very limited and end of season roadworks and repairs made it very noisy. The picture is misleading as the beach is 3km away. The property advertised car hire but did not have it. Booked transfer to trapani airport was told 40 euros cash or card then rose to 130 euros and demanded cash. Was also 30 minutes late. Proprieters were rude and gave poor information. Not a nice experience.

They were very accomodating with our needs. They greeted us upon arrival and were pleasant and helpful. They arranged for a shuttle to the airport. They were also very quick to respond to any questions we had via whatsapp.

We do not recommend staying at this B and B. Avoid!! We don’t usually post reviews but felt it was necessary in this case to warn others. We have been travelling in Sicily for many weeks staying at many different hotels and B and Bs. We have had such a positive experience but unfortunately not in this case. This one was by far the worst. Although the check in process was easy, the room was small and dark , the bed and linens uncomfortable. The “breakfast” was very meagre consisting of some stale pastries and a bit of fruit. The worst thing, however, was the rudeness, hostility and unfriendliness of the staff. They were not prepared to help us in any way. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are so many other lovely places to stay in the area so we recommend avoiding this one!

I had booked a room including "a very good breakfast". All was fine and I checked in with a door code late in the evening. When I woke up next morning I could not find any breakfast. So I called the landlord and she said there is no breakfast provided. Clean, well equipped facility. As well as your room you had access to a small kitchen area which had everything you needed to make drinks and prepare light meals. Close walk to the shops and town centre and 20 minutes walk to the beach. There is a bus that goes to Palermo and to the airport.

Very pleasant B&B with nice rooms and bathrooms. The place is close to the Palermo Airport but also to several beaches in the vicinity. The main commercial street is just two blocks away which makes finding shops and restaurants pretty easy. The historic center of town is just a block away, too. Even though there is only street parking available, there is no problem finding a parking spot in this quite safe suburb of Palermo.

We stayed for just one night at the end of our holiday before an early-ish flight from Palermo but would have been very happy to stay longer. The host was very friendly and the accomodation is very tastefully appointed as well as being spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is located a short distance from the main street which has a selection of bars and restaurants. Guests also have access to a small food preparation area. Breakfast was excellent h a self-service selection of bread, cheese, ham, pastries, fruit and yoghurt etc. The hosts arranged transfer to the airport which was completely hassle-free. Would highly recommend this place and would also consider returning - thanks for a great little stay!

Estuvimos muy agusto en este alojamiento, la habitación era amplia, nueva y estaba muy limpia. Teníamos un balcón que daba a la calle y la habitación disponía de nevera y calentador de agua para hacerte infusiones, algo que me gustó mucho, ya que yo tomo cada noche. El fallo que le vimos a la habitación fué la ducha, apenas salía agua, no había presión. Un espejo grande en la habitación tampoco iría mal.En el desayuno sólo tenían dulces y en mi caso, no puedo desayunar dulces todos los dias debido a mi intolerancia, esto deberían arreglarlo e incluir algo salado, nosotros fuimos al super y nos compramos algo de embutido, eso si, los capuchinos los hacen muy buenos!! Se puede aparcar facilmente y gratis por las calles de alrededor. Es un alojamiento recomendable para estar en un pueblecito tranquilo y visitar comodamente la zona de Palermo.
