This was zero stars-worst motel ever, and I road trip a lot, so my standards are pretty low. The rooms had broken windows covered with tape, mold, hair, and rat feces. The incredibly combatant manager refused refunds to half of my group who all insisted on leaving. I agreed to pay for one night even though I wouldn’t stay, but I asked them to cancel my second night, which they agreed to do. I have still been charged for two nights in a room I never stayed in.

There was mouse poop on the shelf by the tv. Hair in the bed. Dirt and grime on the floor by the bed. Staff was wry rude.

Arrived around 6pm. First impression was bad, grass wasn't cut, used the bathroom in the main hallway, couldn't wash hands, no water and sink was dirty. Went to check in and no one at desk, had to call a number that was posted. Got our room, went to check it out, light in bathroom did not work. Called desk and they suggested turning it off and on and it should come on. Didn't work. Left the light on and went to get some dinner, 2 hours later and the light still wasn't on. Called the desk again, got the same song and dance about turning off and on. Told them to either fix it or give us another room. Guy came up changed the bulbs and the light worked. Should have done that the first time. This was the worst Motel6 I have ever stayed at. Was definately not worth the money spent to lay my head on a pillow.

The experience was terrible the man at the front desk was nice who checked me in Went to the lobby at 7 am for assistance called the number on the desk she did not pick up. Called her back for assistance. She stated the front desk opens at 9:00am to come back. Then I was trying to get back on the highway. That why it is called motel Wow the light stays on for your money Low budget not accommodating
