とても良かったです。部屋数に対して無料駐車場が少ないのは不安要素になると思います。 ソファベットを併用するとスペースに余裕がなかったので荷物のやりくりに困ります、長期滞在には不向きかも。 チェックインはオンラインで通話しながら行いますがタイムラグがあるなど通話品質があまり高くなく聞き取りにくくて手間取りました。

Location is great: walking distance to the Sunabe Seawall and American Village. A convenience store and a small grocery store are within 50 meters of the Seaside Condo Rana Chatan. Parking is under the building and is tight, but is free and manageable. It is very easy to get to Route 58, a main north-south artery. Negatives: After reserving the SCRC, we received an email from the managers, asking us a questionnaire (nationality, DOB, so on) and asking us to not only photo and upload our passport page, but then also photo and upload ourselves. Of course there were troubles with this, and I found it inconvenient. Then on arrival, we had to use a machine in the lobby (unmanned lobby, no one ever there) to do the EXACT same painful procedure. This "automated" check-in process was inconvenient and unpleasant. The two bedrooms, located downstairs along with a toilet and sink, are small and have no dresser or TV. The beds are certainly not luxurious, but are comfortable. Upstairs is the living area with TV, couch, and table, along with a dining table and a small kitchen. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook bacon and eggs and that sort of stuff. I recommend the SCRC buy a toaster. There is no coffee maker, but use the hot water heater to boil water with coffee bags or buy individual drip coffee filters at the grocery store. A very nice deck, fantastic view, but the tub is not jetted nor a "hot tub." It is only a round bathtub. Nice, but not luxurious in any way.

My stay here was for a month and I absolutely enjoyed living here for the time. I will highly recommend to coworkers in the future. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I learned some japanese words, Ms. Aya was very accommodating and it helped she was able to speak English. The facility is upkept very well and the room I stayed in included a rice cooker and a tea kettle with simple plates, tea/cups, pots, pans and equipment to make a home cooked meal. Induction stove top fridge, microwave, and sink to wash dishes also included. On the seventh floor I had an amazing view of the marina and fireworks set every weekend. The location was prime, right off 58 super close to Kadena AB, Sunabe, American Village and nearby restaurants and grocery stores (short walk away). The parking is limited on the property but there are plenty of nearby paid parking locations that are super cheap for the day. Only have good things to say and will be staying here in the future for sure.

環境，住宿設施都很好，周圍配套也很方便，如便利店，餐廳都在10分鐘路程內。只是停車場有點窄小。

The condo was perfect, very clean, spacious and newly renovated. We had a killer view of the harbour from the 6th floor …. definitely worth getting a higher floor unit if possible. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and large fridge. The location is great, very close to the American Village, several supermarkets and Family Mart, and walkable to Sunset Beach. The only downside is traffic noise from the nearby main road which is a small block behind the building, however, if you keep doors and windows closed and use the AC, then that would not be a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a stay in the Chatan area.

Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part. The pillows are ok, and the internet kept going in and out our entire stay but other than that we enjoyed our room.

乾淨空間大 但隔音不太好

There is no on-site staff to help check-in. The guests are required to use the passcode to open the keybox to get the room key. From the informaton board, the passcode would be sent out to the guests' emails. However, we had never received such email and no need to mentioned that we did not have the passcode. We need to use a kind of online service to connect their remote staff to register the process and obtain the passcode. The whole process was 20 mins when we stepped into the tiny lobby and got the room key but there was no air conditioner. You can imagine how hot we were as in late summer time. The apartment is in a good location but the check-in service is very disappointing.

Checkin was difficult and I was not given proper instructions or information as to the checkin procedure.

Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part. The pillows are ok, and the internet kept going in and out our entire stay but other than that we enjoyed our room.

I can’t wait to stay here again! Location, etc.. were all outstanding. More than I expected. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Always quick to fulfill any needs and always with big smiles. Say hello to Aya! She made Rana Chatan feel like a home away from home. She is a top notch host!

年に数回来沖しますが、ホテルはここラナ北谷に決めています。部屋は広く清潔で使い勝手が良くとても寛げるし、スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドリーです。 近くにスーパーやコンビニ、レストランも豊富。交通の便も良いので、どこに行くにも便利です。

ビュッフェはおいしかったですが、朝食が洋食以外は品数が少し少ないさかったです。
