Var på konferens på hotellet i två dagar. Ett mycket fräscht hotell, fast dyrt. Hotellet ligger bra till i Madrid. Frukosten och den mat jag åt på lunchen var väldigt bra. Det fanns en massa andra bekvämligheter så som massage mm som jag inte nyttjade under min tod där. Vill man skämma bort sig själv är detta hotell ett bra ställe. Men smakar det så kostar det.

Det luktade avlopp på rummet, det blev värre för varje dag. Lukten kom från ventilationen och skapade en mindre lyxig känsla av visiten.

The spread is extraordinary — beautifully presented, with an impressive range of fresh pastries, Iberian charcuterie, artisan cheeses, made-to-order eggs, and seasonal fruit that actually tasted like it was picked that morning. What elevated it beyond a standard hotel buffet, though, was the attentiveness of the dining staff. Champagne was offered without hesitation, coffee was refreshed before you even noticed your cup was half empty, and every team member moved with a quiet efficiency that never felt intrusive. We lingered for nearly two hours — and felt no rush to leave. Customer Service That Sets the Standard The team here operates at a level I’d compare to the finest Ritz-Carlton properties — warm without being performative, professional without being stiff. Our concierge was a genuine gem: thoughtful restaurant recommendations (with honest opinions about what to skip), help navigating local transport, and follow-through on every small request.
