We are completely satisfied with our stay! There was a fatal system error with the booking platform, but the hotel staff was incredibly flexible and prioritized our comfort above all else. Our stay in Wuxi was absolutely wonderful because of them. Highly recommended! Thank you so very much and you guys are very professional!

Thank you! I really enjoyed my stay. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the room—it was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were also extremely courteous and professional, always ready to assist. Overall, the combination of comfort, service, and well-kept amenities made the experience excellent.
