Overall an enjoyable stay. Some useful things to know: the indoor pool/spa area is not free for guests and costs 20 euros per person (including children) for 90 minutes use (plus a cost for compulsory swim hats) so nearly 100 euros for a family of four to go for a swim. Similarly the parking is not free for hotel guests (18 euros for 24 hrs) although we found some free parking 5 minutes walk down the beach road. The hotel is situated between the main road and beach promenade quite a long way from the town (30 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes on the bus).

Beautiful hotel right on the ocean. Unfortunately the pool was closed while we visited and we weren’t advised ahead of time but we still really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Super Pool. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Bushaltestellen direkt am Hotel. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Tiefgarage fürs Auto direkt unterm Hotel.

Was going to give two stars but hotel was very clean. Miguel from the bar was so polite and hospital. Reception team that checked us in lied to us. Said hotel was full when it was not. Wanted 1400 euros for an upgrade to judior suite that was the only room left. I checked on hotel.com and it would have only been an extra 200 euros. I hate lies. Charged 22 to use the spa and then 3 for a mandatory cap. Unreal. It’s so not worth it. The sauna was not working and it’s all very basic. The swim up pool from the room was fab but cold of course. They need to put a barrier around the sink which is beside the bed. I got wet everytime my partner washed from it while I was in bed. They only change sheets every three days and towels every two. Awful but I understand why. Only bin in the room was in the bathroom. Not great either. View from room was fab. Location was far from th historic center and shopping so stay here only if you want beach. TV didn’t work. Had to wait hours to get it fixed even after several calls to reception. They charge 1 euro each bottle for water in the room to be replenished. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Too many negatives. Male chef making omelettes was lazy and grumpy. Wouldn’t give me extra cheese on my omelette as too lazy to go in and get more.

This is an hotel from the 80’s that closed for a decade or more and was refurbished to open in ‘22. Despite the clunky architecture and core materials - the Balinese-inspired decor is quite successful. The pool and rooftop bar are impressive. Breakfast is a bun-fight. And the fusion of modest conferences and package tourists makes for a slightly uncomfortable vibe. The lifts are a nightmare at peak times. Not bad if the price is right, given the prime Playa Victoria location.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen, das war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Der Spa Bereich kostet extra, 20 Euro für 90 Minuten. Ich finde das für ein 4 * Hotel nicht angemessen. Frühstück hat große Auswahl, aber doch sehr einfache Speisen, Ausbacksemmeln.

Superb hotel and location. We were there for my wife’s birthday and the Hotel were so kind to recognize this and helped us celebrate with a lovely gift. Such a memorable time. The Spa was amazing as well and the hotel is in a great location. Will be back!

It’s far from the old town, but it’s in front of the best beach in town. The area around is busy with other hotels. Hotel pools were really nice. Our view was incredible. The gym needs an upgrade and air conditioning. Food was average even though there tons of options. I would suggest to focus on quality rather than quantity of the food. Overall good hotel and good value for the money. I would stay here again. With small improvements it could be great.

No dejan usar la piscina porque han contratado un evento y la han cerrado para el. Me parece una estafa que a los clientes que hemos elegido este hotel y pagado por anticipado una alta cantidad precisamente por tener esta piscina, no nos dejen hacer uso de ella. Un engaño para tener en cuenta . Pagas por un servicio que no te dan. Hay muchos hoteles en la zona que será recomendable elegir para evitar un nuevo fraude de este hotel

We couldn’t sleep during our stay, as the bathroom smelled of sewage during the nights.First night I was even vomiting because of the bad smell. We called the reception early in the morning but they didn’t fixed it. Terrible holiday. Very disappointed.

A beautiful hotel with easy underground parking. We chose a room with an ocean view and it was a real treat. Our room was gorgeous - spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony a nice way to take in the view. Exploring Historic Cadiz was easy on the public bus at the stop just around the corner and Bus 7 returned us close by after a really nice trip along the beachfront ( about 5 Euro return). Breakfast was excellent and it was nice to look out over the beach.

Una experiencia inolvidable – ¡100% recomendable! Acabo de regresar de una estancia maravillosa en este hotel y no puedo dejar de recomendarlo. Desde el primer momento, todo ha sido perfecto. Las instalaciones son modernas, elegantes y decoradas con un gusto exquisito, cuidando cada detalle para que uno se sienta en un auténtico paraíso. La comodidad de las habitaciones es excepcional: espaciosas, impecables y con unas vistas al mar que simplemente te dejan sin aliento. Poder despertarse y contemplar el océano desde la cama es una experiencia única. Y qué decir de la piscina infinita… ¡un auténtico lujo! Ideal para relajarse mientras disfrutas del paisaje y del ambiente tranquilo. El desayuno es otro punto fuerte: amplísimo, variado y de calidad superior. Cada mañana era un placer elegir entre opciones dulces, saladas, saludables o más indulgentes. Todo riquísimo y presentado con mucho mimo. Pero sin duda, lo que más quiero destacar es la amabilidad del personal. Cada empleado que encontramos fue atento, profesional y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota que les importa realmente el bienestar de los huéspedes y eso marca la diferencia. En resumen: servicios de 10, comodidad total, decoración preciosa, desayuno inmejorable, vistas de ensueño y un trato que te hace sentir como en casa. ¡Volveré sin duda alguna!

Great location on the sea front. Unfortunately our room had an odour from the bathroom on day one which we told them about, looked at, and the odour came back stopping us from sleeping. The room also has ridiculous bright green fire safety lights on the ceiling. Yes health and safety etc but not ideal for the light sleeper.

This is a modern hotel with lots of facilities and offers a good breakfast buffet. The pool area is well furnished and the pool itself, though not large, is pleasant enough with views of the beach. The hotel has some strange features, though. The lifts are nearly 100m from the hotel entrance and if you have a room overlooking that entrance, as we did, that's a nearly 180m walk to get in and out of the hotel. The room itself was large and spacious but with limited storage space. The two wash basins are in the bedroom, not the toilet/shower room, which itself faces into the bedroom and has a glass door and screen, affording little privacy.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Das Parkhaus ist direkt neben dem Hotel mit sehr breiten Parkplätzen. Leider gibt es beim Frühstück keine Alternativen zur Kuhmilch. Man kann im WLAN kein VPN nutzen und somit keine ausländischen Ferbnsehsender streamen.

Mooi hotel. Zwembad klein voor het aantal kamers, maar eind september is dit geen probleem. Ontbijtzaal is een kippenhok, super druk. Assortiment valt tegen voor een 4 sterren hotel. Wasbak in de kamer heeft geen chifon, dus er komt regelmatig een vieze lucht uit. Buslijn 1 stopt dicht bij hotel elke 5 a 10 minuten, voor 1,10 euro kun je naar het oude centrum. Openbare parking direct naast het hotel voor 18 euro per 24 uur

Was going to give two stars but hotel was very clean. Miguel from the bar was so polite and hospital. Reception team that checked us in lied to us. Said hotel was full when it was not. Wanted 1400 euros for an upgrade to judior suite that was the only room left. I checked on hotel.com and it would have only been an extra 200 euros. I hate lies. Charged 22 to use the spa and then 3 for a mandatory cap. Unreal. It’s so not worth it. The sauna was not working and it’s all very basic. The swim up pool from the room was fab but cold of course. They need to put a barrier around the sink which is beside the bed. I got wet everytime my partner washed from it while I was in bed. They only change sheets every three days and towels every two. Awful but I understand why. Only bin in the room was in the bathroom. Not great either. View from room was fab. Location was far from th historic center and shopping so stay here only if you want beach. TV didn’t work. Had to wait hours to get it fixed even after several calls to reception. They charge 1 euro each bottle for water in the room to be replenished. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Too many negatives. Male chef making omelettes was lazy and grumpy. Wouldn’t give me extra cheese on my omelette as too lazy to go in and get more.

We had a confirmed reservation at Hotel Cádiz Bahía for our family of five (2 adults, 3 young children). The room was spacious with a separate bedroom, a king bed, and a living room with a sleeper sofa—more than enough space for all of us. When we arrived at midnight after a long day of travel, the front desk refused to allow all five of us to stay in the room we booked. Instead, they insisted we book a second room for four nights at an outrageous extra cost of €1,000, or they would not let us stay. We explained that the room we reserved was perfectly adequate, but they were completely unhelpful, uncompromising, and unwilling to make any reasonable accommodation. We were strong-armed into paying double for our stay because we had no other option at midnight with three tired kids. The lack of compassion, flexibility, and basic hospitality was shocking. This is not the way to treat paying guests, especially families. Our experience left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of, and it completely soured our time in Cádiz. If you value honesty, fair treatment, and genuine hospitality, do not stay at Hotel Cádiz Bahía.

Great location and nice views. But so many unnecessary rules for the guests. I felt bad for the staff who were forced to enforce ridiculous rules around towels, guest access to dining, when or where we were allowed to eat. As two mature couples traveling Spain and Portugal, we did not appreciate this treatment. If they treat their guests with this much regulation, I can only guess as to how poorly they treat the staff.

Beautiful hotel next to an amazing beach! Rooftop bar spectacular and so so much fun. Breakfast was perfect…paid parking next door could be explained better. Only complaint was front desk staff upon my arrival…didn’t seem to care that I was there…two employees chatted to each other instead of focusing on me and explaining the look, the rooftop bar the parking the different elevators etc..I was very surprised at the rudeness of it and it went on for at least 4 minutes

We upgraded to a ‘swim up’ room and it was worth every penny. The pool overlooks the hotel pool and the beach and is just fantastic at any time of day (or night). Hotel staff on reception were exceptional (she declined my offer to play ‘rock, paper, scissors for the price of the room upgrade though 😂). The hotel provides towels for the pool/ beach which is really handy. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I can recommend the omelette which is cooked fresh to order. Parking is really easy and it’s a €6 taxi ride to old town or a €1.20 bus ride ( we did both).

A beautiful hotel with easy underground parking. We chose a room with an ocean view and it was a real treat. Our room was gorgeous - spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony a nice way to take in the view. Exploring Historic Cadiz was easy on the public bus at the stop just around the corner and Bus 7 returned us close by after a really nice trip along the beachfront ( about 5 Euro return). Breakfast was excellent and it was nice to look out over the beach.

It’s far from the old town, but it’s in front of the best beach in town. The area around is busy with other hotels. Hotel pools were really nice. Our view was incredible. The gym needs an upgrade and air conditioning. Food was average even though there tons of options. I would suggest to focus on quality rather than quantity of the food. Overall good hotel and good value for the money. I would stay here again. With small improvements it could be great.

Great hotel in a good location for the beach, couldn’t fault the service from the friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable beds, pool area very nice, great breakfast buffet. Pool bar service and food we had on a couple of occasions was excellent. A bit of a walk into old Cádiz but it was a pleasant walk along the beach. Some people might find it a bit far but there are buses and taxis for those who don’t want to walk. 10/10 I wouldn’t hesitate in going back or recommending it to friends and family. An extremely enjoyable week’s holiday.

Meget flot hotel med fin service hele vejen rundt. Flot beliggende med udsigt til stranden. Skøn strand. Hotellet er beliggende i den nye bydel af Cadiz. Skal man til den gamle del af Cadiz vil jeg anbefale at tage en taxa - prisen er ca. 50-75,-. Hvis det blæser er den gamle del af Cadiz en død sild fordi ingen går udenfor. Vi havde ca- 40 graders varme og fandt blæsten skøn.

This is an hotel from the 80’s that closed for a decade or more and was refurbished to open in ‘22. Despite the clunky architecture and core materials - the Balinese-inspired decor is quite successful. The pool and rooftop bar are impressive. Breakfast is a bun-fight. And the fusion of modest conferences and package tourists makes for a slightly uncomfortable vibe. The lifts are a nightmare at peak times. Not bad if the price is right, given the prime Playa Victoria location.

A beautiful hotel with easy underground parking. We chose a room with an ocean view and it was a real treat. Our room was gorgeous - spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony a nice way to take in the view. Exploring Historic Cadiz was easy on the public bus at the stop just around the corner and Bus 7 returned us close by after a really nice trip along the beachfront ( about 5 Euro return). Breakfast was excellent and it was nice to look out over the beach.

A very nice hotel. Good pool and loungers. However the breakfasts were very disappointing. On the face of it, it looked fine. However salt and pepper were in small paper containers. The bacon was awful. It was impossible to get a hot fried egg on a hot plate. There seemed to be no loaves of bread. The cereals were all Kellogg papp. I managed to find some oats on my last day. The milk did not seem to be fresh. Tea thus tasted awful and the coffee was rubbish. The worst I have tasted. I think the accountants have been saving money! We have stayed at two hotels previously in Granada and Seville which had good to absolutely excellent breakfasts. The salt and pepper arrangements are indicative. The sort of thing I expect on British Railways, not a decent hotel.

The hotel certainly makes the best of its seafront plot. I believe it has been open for 18 months & this shows as there are still improvements that need to be made to ensure guest satisfaction. The decor is pleasant throughout the hotel. The rooms spacious and the hotel was pretty spotless throughout. We had a pool level swim up room which was in sun from lunchtime. The pool bar was good. The breakfast a little uninspiring, no Gluten Free options available. The bread roll i was given at dinner was a brick. The evening buffet was pretty dire. We gave up and went out to the plentiful restaurants nearby. If you have a food allergy, dont stay here. Whilsy yhe staff try to be helpful, the food is not labelled and there would most certainly be cross contamination issues. Spa was good, again young staff doing their best. The gym is yet to be built. There was another restaurant in the hotel but it was closed. Parking is 18Euros a day, slightly cheaper than other hotels in Andalucia. On the while a pleasant stay but wouldn't want to be there in the height of thr season as i dont feel they would cope in the buffet.

Leider war der Pool geschlossen, das war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Der Spa Bereich kostet extra, 20 Euro für 90 Minuten. Ich finde das für ein 4 * Hotel nicht angemessen. Frühstück hat große Auswahl, aber doch sehr einfache Speisen, Ausbacksemmeln.

It’s far from the old town, but it’s in front of the best beach in town. The area around is busy with other hotels. Hotel pools were really nice. Our view was incredible. The gym needs an upgrade and air conditioning. Food was average even though there tons of options. I would suggest to focus on quality rather than quantity of the food. Overall good hotel and good value for the money. I would stay here again. With small improvements it could be great.

so unexpected, but so wonderful could hear the ocean at night I was facing the apartments and ocean no busy street chairs, dragging upstairs can get loud thank goodness not too many people. love having a restaurant where I stay. fabulous steak restaurant around the corner. the hop on off bus two minute walk; Victoria stop along the boardwalk. I was just so pleasantly surprised and relaxed after a couple days in Seville. I should’ve stayed longer. The bed and linen were perfect also and a nice hot shower with Great pressure. staff super friendly and helpful.
