It was not a great. We booked a premium suite with dinner and transport. We ended up in a smelly room with a broken TV and broken toilet. We were overcharged on the dinner and were promised a refund which to date we have not received. The check out took about 40 mins because the front desk guy kept taking phone calls from other customers instead of finishing the check out. The hotel did not know we had an included booking and it took many phone calls and discussions to explain. We were given a different room with a half working air conditioning unit and had an uncomfortable night. On the plus side, the food was nice and we did receive a packed breakfast at 2 am in the morning. Being close to the airport is great, specially for early morning flights. All in all it was not a great experience for us.

There is hardly anything to like about this hotel except it is close to the airport. 1. Reception Staff too rude and ignorant. 2. Amenities like WI-FI, hot water for shower, temperature in the room, towels, water kettle for tea—nothing was working when we checked in. We had to call for everything and it took us 2 hours to finally settle into the room after changing 3 rooms. 3. Buffett dinner menu was not good. Overall experience very bad and poor.

Property location is good, 20 mins from the airport but property (specfically rooms) are kept in poor condition, I had to call the staff to get hot water, and air condition did not work in timely fashion again had to all the staff and it did not work. It seems property is short staffed. I wlll not stay again

Pre-paid and booked an airport cab for 800 INR for early next morning int'l flight and 10 min before cab was to arrive, learned that concierge never booked cab and they did not record that payment had already been made. They asked us to pay, and were only beginning to call a cab at the time the cab should've arrived. Cab arrived 10 min late and we were not refunded the exorbitant fee for cab booking (what is the point of pre-booking with hotel if time is not honored)? Front desk staff were indifferent to the cab issue entirely.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life! When I reached, there was a group of guys walking out an injured person. The person was bleeding from the head. Lots of people were standing in the lobby. I approached the front desk in attempt to check-in. They told me that the WiFi was down so I should stand aside and wait. While waiting, I noticed more people walking in, two of them jumped on the counter and reached up to the ceiling to tear down the security cameras. Saw others using chairs outside the main entrance to do the same with the outside cameras. Some of the guys had blood on their shirts. After about an hour, they finally checked us in. When we reached the room, the keycard did not work for the door. The employee who walked us to the room had to run back downstairs to get an actual key to unlock the door. We noticed that the door was physically locked because it does not close properly. I had to immediately book another hotel in Aerocity and left this hotel because it did not seem safe at all. I also saw lots of other guests come to the counter to complain about noise and WiFi not working. This is the worst hotel on the face of the earth!! I didn’t even mention the individuals spitting in the hallways and in the lobby. This turned my stomach!!! Stay away from this hotel! I didn’t even bother to get a refund because it was not worth it!

Absolutely horrific. In order to attend a call, one has to go out of the hotel and stabd by roadside. The wifi is super slow. The staffs show no hospitality. The rooms give a claustrophobic vibe, no windows no nothing. Need maintenance and upgrades.

What was shown in pictures was very misleading. Holes in the walls, bathroom was not clean upon checkin, the hotel was very outdated. I was only needing for the night but for the price point I expected more. We did not feel safe at this location. only positive was that it was close to the airport

Worst experience ever and have the pictures to prove. Take an uber instead of their shuttle which will save you US$ 15. Bathroom faucets had limescales all over, the vents were dirty and no clean air was circulating. Fridge was filthy and TV didn't work. Bed linens were stained and the pull away bed had plyboard and a disgusting bed. Evening buffet staff tried to cheat on the bill and corrected it when asked to take a picture. Hotel staff were very non-responsive and gave us the creeps. This was not woth more than $50/night. Disgusting to say the least and hope to get a full refund because this was definitely a shock!

I recently stayed at Hotel Tauras Portico in Mahipalpur and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable given the hot weather. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The staff seemed indifferent to my plight, and their lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Each time I approached them, I was given vague assurances that someone would look into it, but no action was ever taken. This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as a quality establishment. I strongly advise against staying here if you expect a comfortable and hassle-free experience. For the price point there are much better hotels near by.

It was not a great. We booked a premium suite with dinner and transport. We ended up in a smelly room with a broken TV and broken toilet. We were overcharged on the dinner and were promised a refund which to date we have not received. The check out took about 40 mins because the front desk guy kept taking phone calls from other customers instead of finishing the check out. The hotel did not know we had an included booking and it took many phone calls and discussions to explain. We were given a different room with a half working air conditioning unit and had an uncomfortable night. On the plus side, the food was nice and we did receive a packed breakfast at 2 am in the morning. Being close to the airport is great, specially for early morning flights. All in all it was not a great experience for us.

When i arrived at the facility at 5 am (very late check in) they said they had given the room away. this is despite me calling them twice to re-confirm that the room would be available even if i showed up to use the room only for 7 hours (5am-12 pm). They said not a problem since it was a confirmed booking and then they surprise me with room not available. After giving my point of view, they did eventually provide the room, but the experience left me that i cannot trust booking a room with them.

Very poor experience, especially when checking out where the front office staff insisted that the bill be settled with an India credit/ debit card, not an International one. Further, on Day 2 of the visit, my room was allotted to someone else, who knocked on the door in the morning.

The hotel manager charged over and above for what I had already booked. I will not recommend this hotel. The pictures do not do justice to actual condition of the property. The only positive is that it is on the main road and hence safer and more accessible.

There is hardly anything to like about this hotel except it is close to the airport. 1. Reception Staff too rude and ignorant. 2. Amenities like WI-FI, hot water for shower, temperature in the room, towels, water kettle for tea—nothing was working when we checked in. We had to call for everything and it took us 2 hours to finally settle into the room after changing 3 rooms. 3. Buffett dinner menu was not good. Overall experience very bad and poor.

Property location is good, 20 mins from the airport but property (specfically rooms) are kept in poor condition, I had to call the staff to get hot water, and air condition did not work in timely fashion again had to all the staff and it did not work. It seems property is short staffed. I wlll not stay again

What was shown in pictures was very misleading. Holes in the walls, bathroom was not clean upon checkin, the hotel was very outdated. I was only needing for the night but for the price point I expected more. We did not feel safe at this location. only positive was that it was close to the airport

I would highly recommend looking into other hotels. We booked this hotel because it was somewhat cheap and well, we got what we paid for. To start, the rooms weren't very clean (The housekeeping was horrible as well. They forgot to mop the floor and also completely missed a day). They only have a few rooms available with a window. The wifi doesn't work most of the time. Their services overall are horrible. Some staff members are great, while some aren't. Mohit is the most incompetent receptionist I've ever delt with. He couldn't explain their own bill to us. He started helping 10 other guests check-in while still in the process of helping me out. We almost missed our flight because he had us wait 45 minutes to print the papers out. He also told us that he would email a pdf of the bills, but its been over a month and we still haven't received it and probably never will. The only great thing about the hotel is their buffet system.

Worst experience ever and have the pictures to prove. Take an uber instead of their shuttle which will save you US$ 15. Bathroom faucets had limescales all over, the vents were dirty and no clean air was circulating. Fridge was filthy and TV didn't work. Bed linens were stained and the pull away bed had plyboard and a disgusting bed. Evening buffet staff tried to cheat on the bill and corrected it when asked to take a picture. Hotel staff were very non-responsive and gave us the creeps. This was not woth more than $50/night. Disgusting to say the least and hope to get a full refund because this was definitely a shock!

Hotel at a great location, near the airport. Offers sound proof rooms (no airport disturbances) but no windows. Room & Services are fine but could be much better. AC was not efficient in the room. AC was not working in the common area during my stay.

Ac were not working properly in any of the room, even the phone was not working in my room, I had to go myself to reception for anything I want in my room, very poorly Managed hotel and very bad shape I want my full refund, this hotel spoiled my trip.

I have stayed in Sarovar Porticos - several times in Indore, and several times in "Ashtan Sarovar Portico" in Delhi; and also in Lucknow, and in Raipur. And my experience in all these was very good. But the Taurus Sarovar Portico was a big disappointment. It started with a strange question from the person at the reception desk - "is any one likely to join you in your room?". I am still wondering what he meant. The booking was single occcupancy, so why would any one join me in my room? In Mahipalpur, surrounded by "massage parlors" and such, the question has a sinister connotation. I am 74 + and visibly a very Sr. Citizen. Yet no one offered to help me with bags to elevator and room. The corridor on 2nd floor had a carpet, so the wheeled bag would not get drawn easily. If a hotels puts a carpet anywhere, they must regularly vacuum clean it. Else, better have bare tiles. The carpeted corridors were smelly. The room was damp and smelly. No towels. (yes, I could ask for it. But why do I have to ask for it?). Slippery washroom floor. The room had a phone, but no where did it say dial what number for reception, room service etc. I had to go to the reception, merely to ask what numbers to dial. When I pointed out "why can't you write it some place?". He just said "Sorry Sir". The chairs in the breakfast-room were so uncomfortable, it can't be described, has to be experienced. I can go on and on, but this is sufficient. As for me, never again.
