The hotel is fine. It could use some cleaning and upgrade to items, a little TLC would go a long way. The remote for the tv only worked periodically which was very frustrating. The breakfast was a little skimpy but alright. The big problem was when we returned to the room later in the evening, there were no parking spaces and there were several cars already parked on the grass. We had to park down the street.

Everything thing was good until the last night. Friends gathered there for a weekend together. One of our friend’s truck was broken into. His and 5 others the same night. Maybe just talk, but it was talked that has happened at this hotel other times. Bottom line, why doesn’t this hotel location have security cameras in the parking lot area. Great hotel location but our group will NEVER stay here again.

This hotel will not disappoint. From check in to check out, everything was WONDERFUL! The room was absolutely immaculate. Very clean, and no rust anywhere in the bathroom. We have stayed at other hotels before, but hands down, this Comfort Inn Suites in Gonzales have jumped to the very top spot on my list. Definitely would stay again.

The room had a bold mold smell. The carpet was damp. High humidity in room, which made the bed feel cold and wet. The floors stayed moist. The sleeper sofa mattress was badly stained and the mattress was just spring with a cover. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the overall decor was very dated. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The location is convenient to shopping and numerous dining options. It was ok for a quick overnight but I think I would have to choose another hotel for anything longer than that.

My difficulty was the front desk personnel insisting that I fill out a paper form with my credit card. I objected and she said that she would not take my credit card without it. I’m concerned about security of my information. My business partner stayed at hotel. I went with him to pay for the room. She said my credit card was required on a paper form in order to take it. I’ve been travel and paying for business trips and never had this problem. There are seven hotel choices at this location. I won’t be back to Comfort Suites.

The facility and rooms were extremely clean. Check out time was at 11. I asked if it was possible for a late check out, gentleman at the desk said yes I’ll put you down for noon. Perfect!! Housekeeping comes the next day banging on the door at 11, I informed I had a late check out. Girl tells me I wasn’t in the books and had 15 minutes to leave. Call the front desk and manager informs that the guy working the night before was new and he did put me down for a late check out but I had 15 minutes to leave because she wasn’t granting that. So I hurried, packed my stuff and finished getting ready in my vehicle.

Not all that great. Staff was friendly depending on who you worked with. 1st staffer would not refund our last night saying we needed to talk with the 3rd party source who booked it (Hotels.com). Another staffer was quick and effective at refunding our last night (depending on who you work with). Room was sub-par at best. AC was full of dust and didn't work well (RM 208). The room also had old, dilapidated coach and furnishings. Smelled like smoke. Not a great experience. Sorry for the sh!t news Comfort Suites.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice that there was a fridge in the room. There are several places to eat that were walkable. We were there for Rock the Country Fest, and we did walk to/from the arena. It's quite a walk (took about 25-30 minutes), but totally doable. Just wear comfortable shoes! Easier than parking for that event, as the people who were leaving had to wait over an hour just to get out of the parking lot. Outlet mall is across the Main Street, and could be walkable. We'd stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel. It is close to the outlet mall into other shopping areas. The hotel was very clean and modern. My room was huge! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

It was a family vacation and the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for my boys to run around. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was mediocre, but the coffee was gross. First time ever the little single serve coffees in the room was better than what’s in the kitchen. The room was spacious. Worst part was the beds. The beds were not comfortable, and the sofa bed was broken. My son slept on it and the mattress just fell through the frame.

Staff let us check in a few minutes early and was very courteous. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was a nice continental breakfast. Right across the street from the Outlet Mall and within walking distance to fast food outlets and Starbucks.

From the time of arrival/checkin was very quick. The rooms are really clean, spacious, super comfortable bed and great choices of the pillow. The breakfast is delicious. Very quiet and relaxing!! The staff is super friendly and very polite

The room was clean and very comfortable it was a good bed and slept well. The breakfast buffet was good and it was a good night of rest and good morning breakfast before we got on the road. We felt safe and happy and it was a good night sleep and very comfortable room we will rerun on our way bXk

We booked this stay last minute on our way to FL. The room looked very outdated. There was a book & trash left under the futon. The bathroom door had white stains on it that I wiped off with a towel. Shower pressure was low. We stayed just to get a few hours of needed sleep. Located near an outlet mall & right off the interstate. We probably would not stay here again.

Front desk and breakfast staff were excellent and the eating area was well maintained but the room smelled wet, carpet felt sticky under my feet so I wore slippers, had a spider in my shower the next morning and had a a couple dead bugs in one of the queen beds. The showerhead could use a good scrub and brown water did come out sink at first use. I know construction in the area may be a reason but prepaid and just needed a safe place to stay so I remained and felt safe.
