In planning this trip, I had no idea of where to stay, but wanted something conveniently located and central to everything. In Medjugorje, everything seems centrally located because it is so small. However, this hotel is off the Main Street and somewhat separate from the crowds, which is nice. The walk to St James was no more that 5 minutes, the walk to the foot of Apparition Hill about 20 minutes. We walked everywhere with ease!! Also in planning the trip, we started in the US, flying to Rome. We spent 2 nights in Rome before flying to Mostar. I contacted the Hotel and they provided a shuttle from the airport to the Hotel for 70 Euro (2 people, a return shuttle was also provided for an additional 70 Euro). I all I feel it was well worth the expense. The Hotel was excellent!!! Very clean!!! But the best part was the staff!!!!!!!! They were very helpful in all aspects of the trip. The coffee was excellent, with espresso/mocha machine in the breakfast room and at the checkin counter. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage or just eggs. Cheese, ham and sausage were also sliced up and available. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices and small pastries rounded out the menu. In all, excellent!! Overall, will I come back and stay here, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

This place is great! We were on a Medjugorje religious pilgrimage and this hotel is in a PERFECT area. Always clean & such a friendly staff! Only a 8 minute walk to St. James Church and all the faith-filled activities Medjugorje had to offer. Plus, an easy walk to the base of Apparition Hill. Great breakfast, A/C throughout the hotel, reception had a bar counter which offered freshly made cappuccino, espresso, beer, and other cold beverages. Cost of hotel beverages was VERY reasonable plus excellent restaurants within 5 minutes of this hotel. Overall a great choice for us.

Very nice property and comfortable clean room. I liked the Catholic/religious themed decorations. Breakfast was good - you can order eggs the way you like them. A bit pricey at 10 euros. One downside - the hotel desk is not always manned so when we left we just left our keys and assumed our payment was okay. Second downside - No conditioner in the bathroom. No microwave and no tea/coffee sets. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and fit our needs as we were there for pilgrimage.

I have NEVER been to a place as clean as this!! The floors & wall’s sparkled. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location as well!! We would absolutely stay here again 😊

Hotel is spotless. Rooms are very basic but clean. They supply no extras so bring your soap, shampoo and conditioner. The sheets are very scratchy. Not sure if this is a Bosnian thing, this is our first Bosnian stop. If I return I will bring my own sheets. The hotel had switched to ‘heat’ so we couldn’t cool down the room without opening the window. That let in dozens of mosquitos that buzzed around all night. This seems to be one of the only hotels here w king size beds. However the blanket is queen size. It’s hard to share. We had a mountain view that is beautiful.

The front desk staff was very courteous, friendly and willing to help. The rooms were not kept clean. I expected daily service but often it was just a change of towels, and the bed was not made. Found that the bathroom was not swept or mopped.

The rooms are big and clean, bathroom is excellent with good water pressure and warm water. Staff very friendly and speak good English. The only point that really needs improvement is that there is no fridge in the room. That is outdated, you must have the option to store water or drinks cool and perhaps, or if applicable put your medicines there.

Room size was great! AC made it very comfortable. Andrea at reception was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Shower had great water pressure and was updated. No coffee maker in the room or available except during restaurant hours of operation. Breakfast was advertised to start at 7:00 AM but didn’t open until 7:40 AM. No soap or shampoo available, and body wash made available had an odd odor.

The hotel is very clean but very basic. The only problem I had was the bedsheets were of the worst quality. They were so scratchy and cheap it was hard to sleep. Even the blanket felt like cardboard. The breakfast was as basic as it can be. The staff was nice and cheerful and helpful. Also the hotel had turned their system to heat so we could not cool our room. If we opened the widnow the room filled with mosquitos. Needless to say, we never slept a wink ! It was rough !

The staff were very pleasant; welcoming and so helpful. They are quick to respond to any concern you may have. They offered suggestions concerning the visitation of the Holy Sites and gave insight regarding the terrain at the site. They always greeted you when you came back and asked how your day was going. The accommodations were wonderful and comfortable. It was also near to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay

Very nice property and comfortable clean room. I liked the Catholic/religious themed decorations. Breakfast was good - you can order eggs the way you like them. A bit pricey at 10 euros. One downside - the hotel desk is not always manned so when we left we just left our keys and assumed our payment was okay. Second downside - No conditioner in the bathroom. No microwave and no tea/coffee sets. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable and fit our needs as we were there for pilgrimage.

This place is great! We were on a Medjugorje religious pilgrimage and this hotel is in a PERFECT area. Always clean & such a friendly staff! Only a 8 minute walk to St. James Church and all the faith-filled activities Medjugorje had to offer. Plus, an easy walk to the base of Apparition Hill. Great breakfast, A/C throughout the hotel, reception had a bar counter which offered freshly made cappuccino, espresso, beer, and other cold beverages. Cost of hotel beverages was VERY reasonable plus excellent restaurants within 5 minutes of this hotel. Overall a great choice for us.

In planning this trip, I had no idea of where to stay, but wanted something conveniently located and central to everything. In Medjugorje, everything seems centrally located because it is so small. However, this hotel is off the Main Street and somewhat separate from the crowds, which is nice. The walk to St James was no more that 5 minutes, the walk to the foot of Apparition Hill about 20 minutes. We walked everywhere with ease!! Also in planning the trip, we started in the US, flying to Rome. We spent 2 nights in Rome before flying to Mostar. I contacted the Hotel and they provided a shuttle from the airport to the Hotel for 70 Euro (2 people, a return shuttle was also provided for an additional 70 Euro). I all I feel it was well worth the expense. The Hotel was excellent!!! Very clean!!! But the best part was the staff!!!!!!!! They were very helpful in all aspects of the trip. The coffee was excellent, with espresso/mocha machine in the breakfast room and at the checkin counter. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage or just eggs. Cheese, ham and sausage were also sliced up and available. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices and small pastries rounded out the menu. In all, excellent!! Overall, will I come back and stay here, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

Excellent location, walking distance from the church and stores. It has nice and clean rooms. We stayed at one room facing the mountain and it was gorgeous. The hotel staff made sure you are comfortable, the went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Room size was great! AC made it very comfortable. Andrea at reception was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Shower had great water pressure and was updated. No coffee maker in the room or available except during restaurant hours of operation. Breakfast was advertised to start at 7:00 AM but didn’t open until 7:40 AM. No soap or shampoo available, and body wash made available had an odd odor.

The hotel is very clean but very basic. The only problem I had was the bedsheets were of the worst quality. They were so scratchy and cheap it was hard to sleep. Even the blanket felt like cardboard. The breakfast was as basic as it can be. The staff was nice and cheerful and helpful. Also the hotel had turned their system to heat so we could not cool our room. If we opened the widnow the room filled with mosquitos. Needless to say, we never slept a wink ! It was rough !

Breakfast is not worth the price at all. Honestly it wasn’t good. Don't pay the extra cost. For the same price you can purchase a ribeye steak dinner with all the fixings or a wonderful fresh fish meal in town with wine and dessert.

We booked a room with 3 triple beds which was perfect for us. The beds are soft but the sheets are a little scratchy. The floors are wood so I felt it was very clean. The room had a small tv. The windows had roll up blinds so it could get very dark/black out if you keep them down. Minimal amenities like no safe, only a combined shower gel+shampoo in the shower but the shower pressure was decent and it got hot. Quiet hours in the hotel are 11pm-7am. Breakfast is available for 10Euro per person. There is a baggage cart and an elevator. There is free parking in the front and back. They provide walking sticks for the Apparition Hill, which I would highly recommend using. There are plenty of seating areas inside and outside.

The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The property is clean and with a big lobby with plenty of tables to hang around and meditate. The only downside is the room AC when the heat was getting too much, the AC wasn't enough.
