room was ok, staff was nice. we were put in a room that wasn’t what we had paid for because the hotel had no idea that we had booked a room with them. it took 4 days to get into another room, still not what we booked, but better. it will be a cold day when we book another room with expedia. we deserve at least a bit of a refund but won’t bother.
