Located right next to old town and the stari most bridge. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helped with the luggage. Great breakfast option at a charge. We parked at the lot next door. Overall great place to stay if you are in Mostar.

Enna the receptionist was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me find a taxi when it was surprisingly difficult to get one, and she stayed on it until everything was sorted. Warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful service like this makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well-located, and the staff was welcoming. The room was small and cramped. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, with dirt in the corners and on the exhaust fan. The lack of a shower stall makes showering difficult, as it gets the entire bathroom absolutely soaked. The hotel owner is friendly and helpful, but he expressed racist views during a tour we took with him. Breakfast is good, but nothing exceptional.
