This was a great property for my family of four, which included two almost-adult children. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the property is near a couple of different bus/tram stops. You will need to take a tram to the Marienplatz (probably a 10-15 minute trip). But they run often. There is no air-conditioning, but it was comfortable with the fans provided. There is a small grocery store and convenience store right next to the property, and several small restaurants and cafes across the street. Very clean as well. We would stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and conveniently located. The service and communication left a bit to be desired. If you have key issues which I and others experienced you will have to wait until the morning for assistance if it’s after 10pm
