Området luktade illa. Annars finns det väldigt bra restauranger i olika klasser där. Parkeringen har varit svårt. De har en inomhus parkering också men även där var det fullt.jag önskade att någon kunde ta hand om bilen när man anlände på hotellet. Det är väl vanlig för en fyrstjärnig hotell.

Vale vs yok otopark havasızlıktan nefes alınmıyor. Otoparktan yukarıya asansör yok ve otel önünde ortalama 5 dakika bekledik karşılayan olmadı resepsiyona söylediğimizde durumu burası 5 değil 4 yıldız dedi bu cevaba hayliyle şaşırdım oda konforu temizlik iyidi.

Kahvaltı menüleri standart ve yeterli, öyle çok zengin değil.

Otel çok güzel oda konforlu özellikle kocaman bir balkonu olması çok iyi. Ancak otelin yanındaki inşaatan haberimiz olsa orda kalmazdık. Gece 12 ye kadar makine sesi ve toz toprak içinde kalıyor otel.

We arrived pretty late. Was a smooth check in. When I got to the room it was small and really not modern. The pictures must be of one of two rooms that they have modernised now as for 110 gbp a night it was more like staying in a travel lodge Coffee was nice and service was good but the room was pretty horrible

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Izmir for a wedding and expected a comfortable experience from a four-star hotel. While the staff was friendly, the facilities well-maintained, and the breakfast good, a major issue with room temperature control significantly impacted my stay. Despite unusually warm weather (27°C during the day, 15°C at night), the centralized AC was still in winter mode, heating the room instead of cooling it. Since the hotel is near a busy motorway, opening the window meant dealing with excessive noise, while keeping it closed made the room unbearably hot. After multiple calls to the front desk, no solution was offered, and my wife and I had a sleepless night. I understand seasonal AC transitions can be challenging, but a four-star hotel should offer alternatives like fans or room reassignment. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, while I appreciated the hospitality and maintenance, the lack of flexibility in handling basic comfort needs left me disappointed. I would only consider staying here again if temperature control was managed more effectively in the future.

Staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate us. The Air conditioning in our room was not working. They sent a technician 3 times and told us it is fixed and still wasn’t working. So for our entire stay the room was too hot or too cold. The last night of our stay the room was too hot to sleep. They told us that the only thing they can offer is to move us to a room so at 2 am we had to pack and move!!!! Absolutely not acceptable. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate us. The Air conditioning in our room was not working. They sent a technician 3 times and told us it is fixed and still wasn’t working. So for our entire stay the room was too hot or too cold. The last night of our stay the room was too hot to sleep. They told us that the only thing they can offer is to move us to a room so at 2 am we had to pack and move!!!! Absolutely not acceptable. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

ilk problemi girişte yaşadık. Hotels.com rezervasyonumuzu göremediklerini söylediler. 15-20dakika eşyalarımızla kapıda bekledik. Su istedik onun da ücretini ödedik. Yukarı çıkarken eşyalarımızı taşımamıza yardım etmediler. Özür dilemek için 1 sonraki gün bir meyve tabağı göndermisler ama pek gönlümüzü kazanamadılar. 2-Otelin hemen yanında inşaat vardı bu sebeple deniz manzarası yerine inşaat manzaralı odamız vardı. Özellikle düğüne geldiğimizi söylediğimiz için otelin biraz daha iyi bir oda vermenizi beklerdim. 3-Otopark sıkıntılıydı. İlk gece Yanda ücretli otopark olduğunu görmediğimiz için yer aradık.önden bilgilendirme yapsalar daha iyi olurdu. 4-Özellikle aşağıya inerek eşime sürpriz yapmak icin oda kahvaltı siparişi verdim, ödemeyi aşağıda istemediler ama hemen kapıda ödemeyi istediler, checkout sırasında isteyebilirlerdi anı yaşamak yerine kredi kartı arıyorum. Küçük şeyler ama özensizliği gösterdiğini düşünüyorum. 5- ikinci Gün gece odaya girdiğimizde tuvalette ağır bir koku vardı. Dügünümüz oldugu icin Sabah cıkıs yapıp gece 2de giriş yaptık ama bu ne kokusu böyle anlamadık, çöp gibi kokuyordu. Genel olarak cok olumsuz bir deneyim oldu, bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr gutes Frühstück, unser Zimmer war zur Autobahn orientiert, daher war es etwas laut. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: der Gast vor uns hatte offensichtlich den Wecker auf 6:00 Uhr morgens gestellt, das war nicht schön, so früh geweckt zu werden. Das Hotel sollte die Wecker in den Zimmern immer prüfen und gegebenenfalls den Alarm deaktivieren. Ansonsten war alles top!
