Very clean hotel. Good value for price Parking a bit tight.

People at desk are very helpful and friendly. Fitness center is dirty and smelly. Room is fine. We like the fridge and microwave.

The elevator was broken. They wanted to give me a second floor room. I could walk it, but carting my luggage up and down was another thing altogether. I was put in a first floor room room by a side door where other guests had a cook out with loud music playing for hours; to be fair they did give me a discount after I complained about the noise and the safety issue. I didn’t feel safe there.

Appreciated the free coffee and tea all day and night

Carpets were dirty and holes in the carpeting.. gym was filthy and old treadmill. One machine did not work at all. Eggs at breakfast were inedible. Stay elsewhere

Poor wifi, Nothing around, limited parking

The hotel was farther off of the freeway than I thought it would be. But it was a nice quiet room with a good breakfast. The workout room had a decent treadmill. The stepper needed a battery and the Peloton needed help from the employee to connect to the internet so we didn't ask. The staff was super friendly and jumping to help with any issues. A very good experience.

Nice hotel, staff extremely nice and helpful, room was very comfortable, breakfast is average, and laundry facility was expensive. I would stay here again.

Loved having coffee and tea 24/7

I liked this place. Staff couldn't be nicer and pretty good free breakfast. Please loves dogs too and some nice grassy areas in the back to walk them.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay here. I don’t usually leave reviews, let alone a bad one. We walked in and the hotel smelled like smoke. When we checked in the man working the front desk didn’t say anything more than “what’s up?” As I walked up and “see ya” when we gave us the key. It was almost 10 pm and we had been on the road all day and we had 2 sick kids, so we didn’t say anything. We just wanted to sleep and move on. I took several pictures of the disgusting room. The sheets had some black spots on them. They for sure weren’t bed bugs, but we also found an eyelash and a wing for some kind of bug. We just covered the sheets with blankets and made it through the night. The bed skirt had what looked like semen or other fluids all over it. There was also dust all over. The breakfast was gross. The bagels were soggy. The yogurt was sour. I tried reaching out to the hotel after I left, but they have not responded to messages or phone calls. I will be contacting the corporate offices as soon as I have a voice back since I am not sick as well. We have stayed in tons of hotels and I am not picky when it comes to where we stay. I just cannot recommend staying here especially if you have young children.

The rooms were OK. The carpets in the hallways were dirty with toothpicks on them and the elevator had handprints all over it. Just basic cleanliness could've definitely been better.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed.

I've stayed here a handful of times over the years, it was always a convenient and reasonably priced hotel. However, this visit I noticed the carpets, hallways and stairwells were in need of some attention.

The carpet was very sticky. There were noticeable spills on the floor that were not cleaned. Looked liked spilled baby formula. The air conditioner unit had some mechanical issues and was intolerably loud. Staff I talked to were pleasant.

There was mold on the shower current which tells me that the rooms are not properly cleaned as well as the bathrooms. The morning breakfast was not up to standard. Based on that, the rooms are overpriced for what I have seen.

The cleanliness around the public areas

good stay, clean friendly and it was nice to be able to open the window in the room for fresh clean air. only drawback was it is close to the road and road noise was a little annoying. our room was facing the road and we had the window open so it was a trade off

WiFi was spotty. Told to call provider who could help. Thought this was unacceptable response. Strong and stable WiFi service is a must have.

We were provided an upgrade when we arrived and that was very appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean. However, when someone filled the room above us it was awful, we could hear every step and movement and were woken up late at night when they came in late in the evening in the am.

Comfortable bed. Great service as always. Don't stay anywhere else when I have to travel to the Berkshires.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, for four nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was highly enjoyable, with a few minor drawbacks that didn't significantly impact my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff, who were both incredibly hospitable throughout my stay. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their warm demeanor made me feel right at home, and their commitment to excellent customer service was truly commendable. The hotel's breakfast offerings were impressive, providing a little something for everyone. While I personally don't eat breakfast, I observed a diverse selection of delicious options available to guests. From pastries to cereals and a variety of beverages, the breakfast spread seemed to cater well to different tastes and dietary preferences. One area that could use improvement, however, was the limited wifi connectivity. As someone who doesn't currently work, I didn't have a pressing need for internet access. Nevertheless, I could understand how this could be a major issue for other guests, especially those who rely on a reliable internet connection for business or personal purposes. However, I was pleased to learn that the hotel staff acknowledged this concern and informed me that they were actively working on increasing the wifi capacity to address the issue.

This property was so very nice in many ways. The staff are so friendly thoughtful and helpful. When we checked out we left a charger and I was contacted right away so they could make arrangements to send me the item. But the overall stay and when I checked in was lovely. I felt very welcome.

The room was freezing when we walked in and could not control the ac. Later, the carpeting was wet. The person at the front desk moved us to another room.

Staff are wonderful. I had problem with my booking and Anthony and other staff members went out of their way to help me out and resolve the issue. Very helpful and pleasant. Couldn’t be more thankful and happy.

Front desk staff was rude and indifferent at check in. Extra fees charged for pets-not disclosed on hotels.com. Smelled of smoke and carpet powder cleaner.

Reserved a suite. Checked ahead of time to make sure it was fine. The clerk said the computer showed two suites. A bit challenging to get her to cancel one for me. On arrival to stay, there were no sheets for the sofa bed and only towels enough for two. Called to ask for more. Several hours later had to call again.

We checked in and found dirty towels and used coffee pods in the room. We had to ask three times over two days to get clean towels and coffee pods. Staff was inconsistent…some were accommodating while others were dismissive. Would not stay here again.

Van was wonderful at check in. Had a great recommendation for dinner at the Roasted Garlic in town. Super helpful after a long day driving.

The location is right near one of the Berkshire’s most famous historical attractions, Hancock, Shaker Village. It is about 2 miles outside of downtown Pittsfield, which makes it a more attractive location for people who don’t wanna deal with downtown traffic and yet it’s quite accessible to downtown attractions for people who are looking for that. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and they have coffee available for anyone who wants to use the machine in the lobby to make flavored coffee at any hour of the day or night it seems. Breakfast selection did have a meat item as well as potatoes, and a variety of yogurts And cereals as well as baked goods. There seem to be parking both in front and back of the property and the location was very quiet. The one thing that’s possible and structural is that the wall between the individual units might not have the latest sound dampening because I could hear someone’s story And that’s all the odd thing that I noted but not enough to take away from my overall rating. Excellent.

It was close to our entertainment for the night

Staff was very friendly and extremely efficient! Hotel is ok, good enough to stay for one night to see a Tanglewood show. Property has a nice lawn & parking. Diner is only thing in walking distance, but there is absolutely beautiful nature close by, a solid dive bar in Pittsfield (Bei Tempi), and downtown Lenox is maybe a 10 minute drive.

To be honest, we stayed here for two nights on our 15-day trip, and I can recall nothing about it, good or bad. So, it must have been OK. No bad memories or unpleasant findings, but no memorable wow factors either. It met our needs adequately. I do recall that the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time, and you have to drive 5 miles or so into town to find a good restaurant, but that's about it.

Hot breakfast was very well prepared and even though they didn’t have any non-pork meat products they did have a nice flavorful egg patty, which was OK. It was conveniently located to where I need to be and the staff was very friendly

Friendly people at Best Western., but breakfast lacked choices or I would say the food should have been at the breakfast area sooner than later...

Room is clean and quiet. The included breakfast was fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy.

I love that this hotel includes hot and cold breakfast choices. Today, there were scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast. Four types of juice. Also snacks in convenience center, and some frozen entrees on hand!
