Rooms are generally clean and tidy across many reviews. A few note maintenance or odor issues, such as dirty window glass, occasional smoke or air-freshener smells, or minor wear.

Rooms tend to be small with limited storage, and many have no exterior window or only an internal-facing one; thin walls and occasional mechanical or AC noise affect quiet. Wi-Fi is often fast but can drop, and a few rooms had issues like window leaks or dirty glass.

Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, with prompt problem resolution in some cases. A few exceptions include strict no early check-in, limited language ability, or an unhelpful response.

Excellent for transport: right by Laojie River MRT and the Airport Line, with the night market and many eateries within walking distance. A couple of guests felt the area less comfortable late at night.

Breakfast is limited or not included for many stays; a paid set with a drink and sandwich was seen as poor value. One package reported a varied, tasty breakfast, and free coffee and juice are available in the lobby.
