Excellent Service and staff went above and beyond. Riad location is a bit inconvenient, takes about 6 to 7 minutes walk to get to a taxi. The attractions are about 20 minutes walk. Bathroom area is a bit tight, beds were comfortable, good space for luggage.

The staff were excellent. Amine met us from the taxi and helped us with translation and directions. He was there to help every day. Sada and Fatima always asked how we were and always made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evening meal. The Riad is very nice and we felt safe there. The nearby buildings have been affected by the earthquake in 2023 but the Road Sable Chaud didn't seem to have been affected.

Our stay at this riad was great. The manager was very hospitable and helped us with an app so we could around the souks. We were greeted with tea and biscuits and the breakfast they gave in the morning was delicious. It was in a great location to be able to walk to most things you want to see in the city. The only thing to note is we didn’t use the rooftop once, I don’t know if it was open or not. I definitely recommend staying here!

This riad is an excellent choice in a quiet area away from the congestion of the middle and lower Medina area. It's about a 6 minute walk to the nearest gate area, where taxis and food are available, and a 20 minute walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa -- Google Maps will get you anywhere you want to be. The property is clean and staffed by friendly and helpful people; Hamid was always around to provide all kinds of helpful services. Communication in English is a little limited, but no big problem. Excursions and on-site food are available, but there was no pressure at all to use either of these services. If you want a safe, quiet place in which to base your exploration of Marrakech, this is a great place for the price.

Superbe accueil de la part de l'équipe du Riad. Fatima et Saïda sont exceptionnelles, et l'accueil de Mohamed très chaleureux ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le Riad permet d'accéder à toutes les attractions à pieds. Le quartier ne semble pas très sûr au premier abord, mais on se déplace facilement.
