Dette er det beste hotellet jeg har bodd på noen gang, Leide en junior suite og jeg sov som et "barn", Alt var topp. Jeg vil snarest tilbake Frokosten var den største jeg har sett, fikk ikke tid til å prøve spa. Det får jeg gjøre neste gang. Totalt "mega hotell".

Reception Staff Was Terrible — Extremely Disappointing Experience The reception staff was extremely unhelpful and appeared to have very little understanding of the information they were providing. We were given incorrect information, which ultimately caused damage to my personal property. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The main reason I chose to stay at this hotel was its direct door access to the Louvre Furniture Market. This convenience was a major factor in my decision to book the hotel. However, during a storm, the hotel closed the direct access to the Louvre Furniture Market and required guests to walk around the building in the storm. This was completely unacceptable, particularly given that direct access was one of the primary reasons I selected this hotel in the first place. The combination of poor communication from the reception staff, incorrect information, damage to my personal property, and the closure of the direct market access made this a very disappointing stay. I expected much better service and consideration from the hotel.
