Beach Break Suites Sayulita

Central location and close to restaurants and bars. If you like loud music and bands playing most nights until 3am, this is your place. Our kids didn’t find the sofa bed that comfortable but it was good enough for 3 nights. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and balcony. The only complaint I have is every time someone showers the bathroom floor would be super wet. The shower door wasn’t well designed. We would hang dry the bath mat every day. Unfortunately the drain in the bathroom was releasing bad odours during our stay. Not sure if that’s common. The TV in the main bedroom doesn’t work but we were able to log into Netflix in the living room. Overall the place is cozy and I like the convenience location. We didn’t cook there so no comment on that. The freezer works very well. To find the entrance of the building, look for Mr. Munchi’s breakfast.

Amaziing

The property was completely misrepresented. Do not fall for the photos or description. It was the most filthy and unsanitary place we have ever seen. The sheets had brownish-yellow stains, the duvet and pillow covers were torn, and the couch was so stained that we couldn’t even sit on it. The cushions were ripped as well. The safe did not work. The listing said there was a washer, which was inaccurate! but when we asked for access and finally saw it, the machine was covered in black mold with a moldy blanket inside that looked like it had been there for months.The floors were dirty and stained, and the bottoms of the windows were filled with dead insects. The countertop was sticky and filthy. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower was watered down. The patio was covered in bird droppings, the furniture was broken with sharp edges, and there was no lock on the patio door, meaning anyone could access the unit.We tried communicating with the manager, Sergio, but after three messages outlining our concerns, he rudely replied, “stop writing to me now,” and stopped responding entirely. On top of everything, the property has extremely steep stairs that make carrying luggage nearly impossible, and the noise from nearby music goes on all night long. We ended up getting another place after a night of sleeping on our towels!

Unit as listed great location downtown easy walk to beach. A little loud at night outside but you expect that downtown. Would book again

Very noisy until 2am, bands playing below next door. No WiFi in our unit. Unsafe, front wood railing in front balcony is rotted. Canopy is being taken apart by birds for their nests.
