La struttura è in una posizione molto buona, tra piazza della Signoria e Santa Croce. Ma l’immobile è poco curato e la pulizia scadente. Nonostante il costo parecchio rilevante non viene cambiata la biancheria, i prodotti da bagno sono messi in quantità limitatissima e non sono reintegrati (abbiamo dovuto comprare noi il bagnoschiuma…). Inesistente il management, abbiamo visto un gestore solo all’arrivo, scortese e sgarbato il personale delle pulizie. Rapporto qualità prezzo bassissimo. Da sconsigliare, certamente non torneremo.

Properly is very well located and that’s the only good thing about it. The staff is almost nonexistent. There is not a maid service available. No iron available in the room and very few amenities. On the last day, staff did allow us elite check out which was very helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this place. It is not a hotel. It is a collection of rooms with a common area. There is a window of time to check in and a host meets you there. He met upon arrival and was friendly and helpful. The best thing is the location near the river and everything else. It’s on a busy pedestrian street but the window shut out the noise adequately at night. It was clean and quiet and several floors above street level with an elevator. Great shower. I was given the option of paying at check in or check out. I paid at check out but would pay at check in next time because I had to wait a short time for someone to arrive to pay them. The host gave me his number to call if I needed anything. Would stay there again.

The best thing about this bed-and-breakfast is its location. Right outside the door is a bustling Florence Street with a pastry and coffee shop next-door. Easy access to all Major sites. The property itself is very charming and old world. The lobby is a bit dark at first and the elevator is tiny, but once you are on the second floor, it is a lovely apartment style setting. Our hostess was very responsive and informative and friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. The only negatives were that I did not have any hot water in the shower for two days, which I should have reported and would have been fixed. The keys and locks are a bit tricky but once you learn the trick, it is fine. The coffee maker was broken by previous guests and was reported to the hostess who fixed it. Overall, this is a very charming property in a great location and very comfortable. The location is the best feature, but the property is also very good. I would heartedly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was smooth and accurate. We received complimentary water upon our arrival which was nice after a day of travel. Our room was clean and tidy. The location was perfect distance from shops and restaurants. Everything was walkable. Absolutely recommend this place.
