No clean sheets, no towels. Filthy, roaches all over everything, broken window glass. No mirror over the sink. One chair that had been hacked up. Really bad! But cheap!

The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was wet and there was hair in the shower. Bugs everywhere. The bed linens were stained and smelled bad, it was gross. I slept in my own sleeping bag rather than use the sheets. The room smelled terrible. Even my backpack stinks now, three days later.

The room was filthy there were roaches and bugs in the room and the service was awful i would tell anyone not to rent from their the best thing to do is spend more money on it better hotel

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen, photos attached. Not only is it nasty it is unsafe. Having this property on hotels.com has seriously made me consider never using the site again. No exaggeration, but to use the bathroom I left and went to Walmart, while there I bought a shower curtain and sheet to put over the bed and new pillows. Photos are attached of this property and hope you remove it immediately

Has bed bugs and roaches slept in the car for 2 nights owner refused to I give money back

Omg!! This place is horrible!! It smelled like cat piss and we ask for our money back and wouldn't give it back!! We left anyway, without a refund and went somewhere else!

The neglect of basic property maintenance as well as cleaning/deep cleaning is apparent but It is an older property and for the price it’s at or below what you’d expect. The older gentleman that checked me in was a little angry/abrasive and did not seem to believe that I would be staying alone in my booked room. Shower was hot, bed was ok, and it was quiet enough for sound sleep (Sunday night)

Stay was good, quiet place, it was clean. I don't understand the negative reviews on google. I didn't have one problem during the whole week stay.

Park N Stay is A very quiet, and Isolated place to stay most of the Beings here are residentsof the hotel. And not a very nice or average room it's more a poor room but it's about what u make it and also it has some roaches but not that bad just buy spray if u want to safe money and ur open minded and hearted and just want to chill and peace and enjoy urself in what u make ur room and. The cleanines was okay but when I got here the refrigerator was so smelly and disgusting they hadn't cleaned it but I did and had to get it working again but it's okay because It's worth the saving off extra $200 at bravo inn. When I can just make the best of ur circumstances or decisions with just making the best out of the place so I would recommend to a more open person who just wants peace and quietness and thats it God bless u and Pray u travel safe or find somwhere t9 settle safe God is good make the best and be grateful 🙏😇

Dude at the desk literally told me no when I came to check in so I didn’t even get to stay and had to find another hotel on short notice. the place looked horrible and the office area smelled really bad.

It was a Little dirty in the bathroom wife had to clean before she took shower. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as higher priced places But was comfortable.

The hotel was filthy. I walked into the room and right back out. The “suite” was supposed to have a king bed. There was one double bed. There was trash on the floor and I did not stay in the room long enough to see anything else. I went back to the front desk to get a refund and was told I had to wait until check out the next day. Front desk attendant was incredibly rude.

My wife and I have spartan needs in a hotel room, and when we pay $55 for a room our expectations are certainly not extravagant. Our room was more spacious than expected, and there was plenty of space for folks with mobility issues (i.e. walkers) to get around in the sleeping area and the bath though we are not those. The room had the feeling of being recently renovated, as their sign suggests. However, the renovations appear to have stalled a bit. As promised, there was a TV, WiFi, Refrigerator, and microwave. The TV worked, but the WiFi was a bit slow. The fridge and microwave were present, but the fridge didn't work and - oddly - the microwave was sitting on a desk nowhere near an outlet. I'll presume it worked, but we didn't relocate it to confirm that thesis. What we found most unusual was the total lack of any place to hang things up. There weren't even towel racks in the bathroom, nor hooks on the door. Nowhere to hang clothes or a coat anywhere in the room. There wasn't even a holder for a roll of toilet paper; two rolls - each with about 1/4 of their content remaining - were left on top of the toilet tank for our convenience. There was also no trash can. All that said, we were fine. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable, though it lacked a headboard. If we have occasion to stay in Johnson City again we'll be back, if only to see whether we can hang our clothes and towels up.

The place is old and rundown. My room looks like a crack den

Inn did not honor our reservation. Desk clerk was very rude. He just kept yelling "No Vacancy" while we tried to show reservation and confirmation information.

I made a reservation for this hotel. When I arrive and inform them that I had a reservation and I am there to check in.. they without even checking the books looked at me very disrespectful and tells me how they have no rooms.. I informed them once again I had a reservation they again informed me no rooms.. This place desperately needs either new management or a new owner who is more inclined to do business with a paying customer!! I will never stay at this place again not only that but I will inform everyone I talk to in the next few months that no one should stay at a place that conducted business in this manner because I look a certain way my money isn't good enough... I am very unsatisfied and angry about this

There were dirty appliances all over outside. The pics online look nothing like the actual property which looks like its falling apart. It took 30 minutes to get help checking in and the owner didn't keep my reservation. After a half hour he walked out and hollered no vacancy and walked right back out slamming the door behind him.

Well the service was terrible he came out only when somebody he knew it looked like came to the window and he yelled at me and told me if I didn't have money in my hand that I must go I told him I paid only he said go go go. My husband went up there and he came through the part I guess where he lived and told him no money in hand but we already paid online and they were rooms open. We paid and didn't even get to stay there so we had to get a hotel at super 8 it's the worst place with rude management. I want my money back it's a scam.

Booked the property through Expedia got there and the person didn’t speak any English, showed him the confirmation from Expedia and wasn’t able to get my room . Overall experience was not great one .

We had made a reservation a week prior and when we pulled into the parking lot the owners were outside walking around the lot. They went over to our car and said that there were no vacancies and directed us to the motel behind them called 11E. That place was horrendous!! We walked into the office and the guy behind the counter offered to let us see the room before we rented and thank goodness he did because as we stepped into the room a ROACH was actively crawling across the floor. The mini fridge was rusted; the overall cleanliness of the room was disgusting. Thankfully, we decided to just go to the Red Roof Inn and the stay there was much better. Overall, we will not be returning to either of those motels.

I booked the hotel room using hotels.com at the TRI airport. When I arrived at the hotel about 40 minutes later, I was told there were no vacant rooms. I had to make other arrangements.

Very bad experience. I had a reservation, arrived and the man was yelled at me in a language I couldn’t understand, no reservation, no room, closed. He wouldn’t let me show him my reservation. I called the authorities, couldn’t do anything. He acted very hateful and rude. I called earlier in the day to confirm late check in, said if I have a reservation, no problem. I did have one. He wouldn't let me check in the room I had reserved.

Place was a dump. That place is a long term rental that reeked of pot. Very low rent. Your brand should not be associated with a place like that.
