We arrived at 4:30 pm (check in available at 3:00 pm, allegedly). We waited over an hour for a clean room. The bed had a plastic mattress cover that made crinkling sounds when you moved, and allowed for maximum sweat while feeling cool. The fitted sheet didn’t fit, I got up twice to try pulling it back into place. There was no hair dryer (very bad hair day today, lol). Their location was perfect.

Unfortunately, our stay on 10/11/26 ended with an extremely unpleasant interaction with staff. Because we were arriving very late, I called after booking and requested a noon checkout instead of 11:00. The gentleman approved it and said he noted it in the system. When we checked in early that morning, I confirmed it AGAIN and was told, “It’s just an hour—don’t even worry about it.” At 11:35, there was an extremely loud, aggressive knock. As I approached, someone used a key to open the door, slamming it against our engaged deadbolt. It was a front-desk attendant who was rude and confrontational from the outset, telling me checkout was at 11:00 and I needed to be gone. I deliberately responded calmly, assuming the misunderstanding would be resolved once I explained our noon checkout had been approved twice. Instead of listening or attempting to verify my explanation, she remained aggressive and insisted nothing was in the system. I completely understand contacting a guest who appears to have overstayed. That is not the issue. I had taken every reasonable step to arrange and confirm our late checkout. The hotel’s communication failure did not justify her behavior. She later passed me in the hallway as we were leaving without acknowledging the misunderstanding or apologizing. Mistakes happen. Rudeness is a choice. This is the HOSPITALITY industry, and guests should be treated with courtesy and respect.I suggest avoiding this place. Lots of other choices.

Was cleaner than other idiots they may have recently changed housekeeping staff. Quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff is as per usual the downside if you can get past the ghetto apathetic non smiling no thank you or your welcome front desk staff your stay will be ok.
