Hotel staff did not help with baggage and was not very helpful at all. Clean But very cheap

We contacted the property via email about their facilities. No response. We were unable to stay during the time we booked - unable to get a refund due to being within the time frame for cancellations, tried ringing the hotel, no answer. They also did not contact us when we did not arrive.

La salle de bain n'a rien de comparable avec la chambre. Elle est vétuste, la lunette des WC est cassée.... C'est dommage. Les matelas ont fait leur temps...
