Very clean and friendly. Pool is typical hotel pool. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable but are small!! Not sure how 2 people could comfortably sleep in them. I was in a room with one bed and pull out couch. Nice to have the full size refrigerator. Was there for a sports tournament and could safely keep all foods cold and freezer packs frozen.

1 night stay, returning customers. This is the only hotel we stay at while in Gillette. Hotel was packed due to a volleyball tournament and dance competition. Staff kept up very well. Pool was great. Breakfast was great for a free meal. Rooms were cleaned well. Noticed the smell of sanitation as we walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back.

I'm not providing a rating on the other items because the hotel had hot water problems so I never did stay there. I did give the facility a 4-star rating as upon check-in he promptly made me aware of the problem and provided me a list of other hotels in the area and their telephone numbers. The desk clerk was very apologetic and he was very helpful in assisting me to make other arrangements. I will certainly consider this hotel if/when I am ever in the area again.

I'm not providing a rating on the other items because the hotel had hot water problems so I never did stay there. Both the night and morning desk personnel were really great whenever we requested items. I would say the breakfast was some of the best I’ve seen for continental breakfast. My kids were able to pick great choices that were healthy and delicious! Very clean and great for the stay that we had for dance competition, with amenities for those of us who needed to cook our own food due to allergies.

The hotel seemed new but the room was used and dirty. The shower door had been broken and an ill-fitting shower curtain was in its place. The bathroom walls had some kind of substance all over them. There was rotten food and dirt on the floors of the room around the coffee table and couch.

They cancelled our reservation. Then offered us a different smaller room for the same price. Room was dirty and stains on the couches and floor. Breakfast wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay here again. Bummer for being a Hilton hotel.

They charge my credit card for something that they really never explained after I had check in. You couldn't just leave the fan on the ac and the couch bed was rock hard. Next time we are staying at comfort inn.

Our only complaint is the breakfast! It was awful and not replenished. Hot items were cold and needed replaced but she only replaced ham, not the eggs or French toast. We were there at 8:00 am for reference. Still people coming through after us. One lady seemed to be running breakfast, front desk and bathroom restocking. The room was excellent!

The Home2Suite is very welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The reception was warm and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Since our last stay here the quality and variety of food items has really improved. We appreciated that the food was refilled and available until the end of service time. Thank you.

Our only complaint is the breakfast! It was awful and not replenished. Hot items were cold and needed replaced but she only replaced ham, not the eggs or French toast. We were there at 8:00 am for reference. Still people coming through after us. One lady seemed to be running breakfast, front desk and bathroom restocking. The room was excellent!

The Home2Suite is very welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The reception was warm and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Since our last stay here the quality and variety of food items has really improved. We appreciated that the food was refilled and available until the end of service time. Thank you.

We canceled our reservation because we were switched to a much smaller room and I wasn't compensated for that. So since we didn’t stay I need you to refund my money. The hotel staff said they would take care of it,but obviously they didn't. Very dissatisfied with this hotel and the service. Please process my refund!!

While our stay didn’t go exactly as planned, the staff made all the difference. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready until around 5:30 p.m., roughly two and a half hours after the published check-in time. Normally, that would have been incredibly frustrating, but the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They were honest and transparent, explaining that our original room had been heavily damaged by the previous occupants and that they were working hard to prepare an alternative room with a limited staff. More importantly, they seemed genuinely concerned about the inconvenience and kept us informed throughout the process. We were in town for baseball, and the staff was also very accommodating when it came to a late checkout. Our game schedule conflicted with the standard checkout time, and they worked with us to make things easier, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was fairly typical for a hotel. While I wouldn’t choose the hotel specifically for the food, it did offer healthier options than many hotels provide. At the end of the day, things don’t always go perfectly when traveling. What matters is how people respond when they don’t, and this team did an outstanding job. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. We left with a smile and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Large room and spaces for everyone. Generally clean but could use general maintenance throughout. The pool was smaller than expected with no hot tub. Easy to find and close to stores, food etc.
