My problem in this trip was entirely about getting bumped out of the room we had reserved and paid for. I was traveling with my 17 year old daughter. We booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived we were told that a large group had taken all of those rooms. We instead were given a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. This was a decision made by either corporate or the manager of the hotel. I personally witnessed several other guests who were upset about this change, and I believe your front desk employees were forced to absorb all of the negative emotions brought about by this decision. I had to sleep on a fold out sofa bed, and realized I am now too old to be sleeping on a low quality mattress. We have stayed at this particular hotel once or twice a year for the past few years, and I believe I will no longer be staying there again. I understand you want to make the big groups happy, but you have alienated a lot of other paying customers.

The pool was closed for the whole weekend. It would have been nice to know that it was closed due to maintenance before arrival. I had canceled another hotel because the pool was closed. Overall it is a very nice facility

Breakfast was excellent and I will reserve again for that reason but, staff was not responsive to cleaning tables after useage. After waiting for a table to be clean, I asked for extra paper towels to clean a table which they were happy to provide. Room was clean but one of the bed/matress need replaceing as it sunk in the middle.
