The room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. That said, this little motel is really sad and in desperate need of some updating. The staff were friendly, but barely spoke English. The area is really quiet and peaceful. Except for Casey's, which does open till 7 am, there isn't much in the way of restaurants. Fortunately, Saline is only a twenty-minute drive.
The room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. That said, this little motel is really sad and in desperate need of some updating. The staff were friendly, but barely spoke English. We ended up leaving and losing all our money as the hotel would not refund us. There were dead bugs all over the room, the sheets were thread bare and looked extremely old and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had prior water damage and was cracked and peeling as well. The carpet was stained… overall the building was in extreme disrepair. None of us felt comfortable laying down on the beds or setting our belonging on the floor.

We were double booked on their website by two different booking agencies. I thought I was talking directly to the hotel (number was provided on hotel website) instead it was another booking agency and they double booked me. Hotel refuses to refund my money. Big scam!Watch out!

The motel was more by the hour than by the day. Very run down very unkept. Walls needed proper repair showers needed proper repair.

We stayed here because there were severe storm warnings in our original destination. It's a family owned hotel, older building, very vintage, nothing fancy but the rooms and sheets were clean and comfy and that is truly all we needed. All necessary amenities provided. The price was excellent. Minneapolis, KS felt like a quiet small farm town community and very safe.
