酒店的室外泳池和海景确实不错，是为数不多的亮点，但除此之外，整体体验与其五星级定位有明显差距。 首先，硬件设施较为一般，例如房间电视几乎无法正常观看，体验较差。服务方面问题更为突出，整体水准明显不达标，员工服务意识和专业性都不足，很难让人感受到五星级酒店应有的品质。 入住过程尤其令人不满意。我预订的是海景双床房，但最初却被安排到单床房；第一次投诉后被更换到 partial sea view 房型，依然与预订不符；直到再次投诉，才最终入住到正确的房型。整个过程反复折腾，耗费时间也影响了入住心情。此外，大堂经理当时承诺赠送下午茶作为补偿，但最终并未兑现，这一点非常减分，也让人对酒店的服务承诺产生质疑。 餐饮方面同样不尽如人意。无论是早餐还是晚餐，价格都偏高，但菜品选择少、口味也较一般，性价比很低。餐厅服务更是比较混乱，服务人员专业度不足，甚至给人一种临时工在服务的感觉。 总体来看，这家酒店在景观上尚有优势，但无论是硬件、服务还是餐饮，都难以匹配五星级酒店的标准，整体体验令人失望。

lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well.

其實⋯如果這只是3、4星酒店，那麼水準絕對是不錯的。可是它作為一家5星酒店，我感覺清潔度真的不合格。其中一張床的枕頭有明顯的汗臭味（另一張床的枕頭沒有），實在難以忍受下，我們只好要求更換枕頭。此外，浴室的去水口感覺有點堵塞，剛洗澡不到5分鐘，渠口的水就快溢出來了，我們只好斷斷續續、停停洗洗，等待去水。
