Had a nice stay in this hotel! Only stayed overnight, but it was lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful, the vibe of the place is amazing!!!!! If I lived around here I’d use this as a little hangout area. Only complaints were that it was directly next to a train station, which is hardly a complaint to be honest. Couldn’t really hear the trains to be honest and they gave complimentary ear plugs! Directly next to a shopping centre so it was easy access, many beggars around there but it’s not the hotels fault of course. Parking was difficult and expensive, but I understand in such a crammed area it’s hard for the hotel to have proper parking areas. Spent 50 pounds on parking for two nights which wasn’t ideal but oh well! My fault for not looking into it haha Amazing service guys! The conditioner smells amazing 💪

The hotel is my go-to for when I’m working in London. It is clean, with the most welcoming staff and atmosphere. The buzz of the reception/bar/chill out area is great and a welcome change compared to some other hotels. The rooms are spacious, modern and the beds… A DREAM!

Highly impressed on cleanliness of room and bathroom. Reception was very friendly and helpful being avaulable 24/7. Great idea of ironing room per floor and recycling waste bins in room. Pizza available from evening to 5am... Enterainment in room was ok.. but we werent there to binge on movies. ultimately i would definitely stay again. oh and great location to the great Westfield Shopping Mall in Stratford. Plenty of links to numerous tubes taking you every direction.

Great service from all the staff and room clean and tidy - some of the furnishing may need an update but overall a good stay. Very convenient for West Ham, Stratford stadium, the theatre and Westfield - cheap car park at Stratford shopping centre at £8 for 24 hours.

Fantastic location, beside rail/bus, close to ABBA Voyage. Shops restaurants right beside you will n central London. Modern and clean city hotel, decent WiFi, great lounge/entertainment areas, fun and friendly staff. Great service from bar/ reception staff. Highly recommend but not for families, rooms on the small side but perfectly modern and clean. A credit to the happy staff and management .

I arrived about 15 minutes check in time and was met with a frosty reception. I was given room 106 and the whole floor reeked of weed and stale smoke as soon as you stepped out of the lift. in terms of the facilities I had everything I could need and the location was perfect for my hospital visits, will stay again due to location and price but would ask for another floor to see if this is better.

Staff really helpful and checked in early. Lovely room. There seems to be an issue with drainage in the room. The bathroom floods when you have a shower and the plug seems blocked/slow to drain. The air con makes a horrible noise at night. Trains you could hear but it didn't disturb and supplied ear plugs. Liked the hotel and would stay again but would recommend looking at plumbing and air con. As let the room down. Great customer service and lovely hotel

Location was great for London Aquatics. Room was small but perfectly adequate for myself and my daughter and we loved the funky décor and general atmosphere. Really pleased to see tea & coffee facilities in the room as all that was mentioned on hotel amenities was that instant hot water was available. The bathroom is bijou but had everything we needed for a few nights, only downside was the limescale in the loo & at the bottom of shower glass.

Super clean and convenient location. Atmosphere in the lobby is welcoming but not overwhelming. Bed was super comfy and decent size room. Only thing I missed was a fridge but understand that probably aligns with the eco friendly mission and not wanting to waste energy.

Perfect place to stay when we attended a music festival day. The room was clean and very comfortable. I love the styling of the Moxy hotels. We had a delicious varied breakfast which was included in our room rate. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely no wardrobes at all limited facilities people running around all night and a very strong smell of bob marley cigarettes, not an enjoyable experience at all breakfast was awful to, it was more like a student digs that a £350 a weekend hotel, bit of advice either market it for what it is, or get rid of the beanbags pool table and weed smoking students

Friendly staff, and clean, comfortable room. My only criticism is we didn’t have a good nights sleep because of the noise of the trains late at night and early in the morning, however, the hotel room did contain ear plugs, i guess for exactly this reason.

I liked the hotel and the room was alright, it was a bit small but it was fine. I heard it was noisy with the trains, but I didn't find it too noisy and there were earplugs available, but we didn't need them. Unfortunately there was no safe in the room, and no fridge. It was a nice stay but the room rate was very expensive when we stayed and we didn't even have breakfast included. Well located for the shopping centre.

Paid for late check until 3pm Left do not disturb on door too Still someone knocked on door and then even opened door and came into room asking me while I was sleeping and in dark room what time I am checking out The receptionist did refund me the £30 which i appreciate but still ruined the experience Netflix casting didn’t work either, and I am tech savy. YouTube did work. But couldn’t be bothered to have someone come to my room at night to try and fix

I had booked 3 night but only stayed on as my work Commitments changed. I spoke with reception and they agreed to move my other two nights to the following week so I could continue with my work that was cancelled. I am a self employed tiler. When I came to stay the following week the hotel said they never agreed to changing my booking and refused to let me stay therefore stealing my money for that two nights I didn’t stay which they had agreed to change.

Great staff let down by a lackluster property. We wanted to just drop off our bags at 9 AM but the staff was nice enough to just let us check into the room very early at no extra charge. This was great as we had two little kids who were then able to nap. But the bathroom was not great (felt really dated) and the shower drain was clogged. They fixed the drain right when I reported it to the front desk, which was nice. But the. On the second day we noticed the air conditioning was wasn’t working. The room was much hotter than even the hallways despite being set to 19 C. By the middle of the night it climbed to 25 C even though it was much cooler than that outside. I tried the front desk but they said there wasn’t an engineer on staff and our only option was to switch rooms at 1 AM, which wasn’t practical so we just toughed it out. Staff gave us a fan to keep the air moving but even opening the small window it stayed hot in the room till morning. Having the window open also meant we hear the trains. When I mentioned this on checking out they said they’d have someone check it out as this was the second time someone had complained. So overall the staff tried hard to make it a good stay but the room was dated, dark, and overheated so it wasn’t a good time and I wouldn’t stay there again.

They fixed the drain right when I reported it to the front desk, which was nice. But the. On the second day we noticed the air conditioning was wasn’t working. The room was much hotter than even the hallways despite being set to 19 C. By the middle of the night it climbed to 25 C even though it was much cooler than that outside. I tried the front desk but they said there wasn’t an engineer on staff and our only option was to switch rooms at 1 AM, which wasn’t practical so we just toughed it out. Staff gave us a fan to keep the air moving but even opening the small window it stayed hot in the room till morning. Having the window open also meant we hear the trains. When I mentioned this on checking out they said they’d have someone check it out as this was the second time someone had complained. So overall the staff tried hard to make it a good stay but the room was dated, dark, and overheated so it wasn’t a good time and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hei, I had a bad experience on your hotel, don’t take me the hotel was fantastic but… the service from one of your employees was awful that almost destroyed my entire staycation. I went to the bar and asked for a drink a beer, was told that I couldn’t pay cash as the hotel is cashless I said that I wasn’t aware of I left my wallet in the room! I said that I could leave the just as garante and go and pick up my card, I was aggressively told that no and he took the pint 🍺 and throw it down in the sink in front of the other guests! That made me feel so little and a shame. As guest that shouldn’t be necessary. I could not going to the when he was there. But other members of the staff were absolutely amazing. Forgot my airpods at the room. Went back 2hours after checkout. Was NOT able to get any help. I could tell them exactly where in the room they were. Only answer was ”Roomcleaning has not seen them. You have probably just dropped them!” I was not allowed to go back to the room. Not allowed to go to where the lundry was kept. Totally disengaged and uninterested staff. They could have taken 5 minutes to atleast TRY to help me. I guess someone at the stagg is now enjoying ”their” new AirPods Pro.

This property is very close to Stratford dtaion for fast links to central London and also clse to the Olympic Park with its many attractions. It isn't quiet but that's to be expected. The rooms have kettles etc. The TV. Worked. The shower was good. No complaints

The best hotel I have stayed in for concerts in London. Easy to get to and from and is amazing as the tube is less than 5 minutes away. There’s a shopping centre right next to it as well and a Westfield not far so great for shopping and for getting food late at night if needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely be going again.

We had a great stay at the Moxy Stratford. Just a couple of minutes walk from Stratford Station and Stratford International Station it was the perfect location for an overnight stay for seeing Abba Voyage. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Our twin room was a good size with great facilities. Even though it is in Stratford Town, it was very quiet and we weren't bothered by any traffic noise. Would highly recommend!

Booked Moxy for its location and reasonable rate for a one night stay and breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the contemporary interior and spacious room with everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and free WiFi was really appreciated. Breakfast was laid out really well and stocked up with friendly staff on hand to assist, but although the croissants were delicious, the sausages and egg were a bit dry.

Perfect place to stay when we attended a music festival day. The room was clean and very comfortable. I love the styling of the Moxy hotels. We had a delicious varied breakfast which was included in our room rate. Would definitely stay again.

I’d stayed in a Moxy before and enjoyed the quirky decor so was happy to see the Stratford Moxy in a convenient place for a trip to ABBA Voyage. Our twin room had everything we needed though it was a little small. Beds were comfy with good quality linen. The breakfast was good value for £15. Great selection of hot and cold food. The complimentary welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. And we had the most delicious hot chocolate from the bar. Small things - we didn’t have a coffee machine in the room (we had one in the Birmingham hotel of the same grade) and the room was very warm through the night. I’d definitely stay again and recommend.

When we checked in we was not told that food was not being served till a said time in that time we had ordered food and drink to or table only to be told that we couldn't have food, so a refund was issued and received today. Also while ordering our drinks and paid for one of the drinks you didn't have so had to do a refund which was received. Was just a little disappointed with the lack of communication.
