Nice clean hotel with nice hot tub, pool and waterslide. Perfect for families.

The hotel scheduled a pool closure and did not inform us. My family chose this hotel for the pool. Every other hotel was booked so we could not change.

Convenient location right off the highway. Excellent parking for Tesla charging. Quick check in. Nice room. Awesome snack options. Really great breakfast. The pillows could be smaller but that's personal preference.

Very easy to get to from the highway.. Took a while to be greeted but when we were it was very friendly. Check-in went efficiently.. Room was nice, modern and spacious. A little noisy at night due to kids running on the halls. Pool and hottub were great. Breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again

Nice place to stay, clean and location is pretty good. 10 min walk to Railway Museum. Really good breakfast. But hot tub is not working as of today. Our room definitely requires some renovation soon. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

It was an excellent stay.. The front desk was super nice and offered us an upgrade. The room and the hotel itself are very clean. The pool area with Jacuzzi hot tub was also well maintained. The exercise room had more than average equipment which I enjoyed. The buffet had real food like bacon and eggs. We will be going back there and I recommend it to others without hesitation.

One of our best hotel stays. We stayed for 4 nights at the Ramada. Very Clean Staff were very friendly (hard working) Abby and Ragu successfully worked hard to keep the breakfast stocked and they were nice to say hi to in the mornings. Breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, western omelets, best thin crispy bacon, round sausage, waffles as well as great tasting coffee in a mug (or paper cups). etc. The pool was very clean and not too crowded ... Slide was great. Hot tub was large and clean ... great after a day of hiking. The laundry was very helpful at only $3 per wash and $3 per dry. Allowed us to take less baggage which saved us airfare (big time) Gym is very well equipped (more than most hotels) We will stay here again next time in the area. The check in staff at the hotel were great also. You can tell that this is a well managed hotel that trys to keep their staff happy and it shows on how they treat their guests.

Great staff, very friendly, upgraded our room to a suite. Comfy beds and a great pool with a little deck to sun tan on. Free breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel breakfast but it was good. My only point of feedback is that our room wasn’t ready for check in at 3. More like 3:30. Not a big deal. Also only one small elevator. When this hotel is busy it takes forever to get your luggage up and down. We would stay again.

We were not informed their pool and water slide were closed at any point during our booking. Which was extremely disappointing considering that’s the whole reason we chose this hotel for my daughter. The hot tub was open but the jets were not working as well!

Convenient location walkable to some dining options 10mins away. Has a shuttle that stops right in front of the hotel to take you to downtown and also the mountain resort. Note the property is in the outskirts of the town on the Canada Trans highway westerly side and takes some time to go downtown and the ski resort by shuttle. Also note the hotel does not have a ski locker or room to dry out boots etc.

There were stains on the linens and a hair in the shower, not a deal breaker but also not what I would have expected for the price of the room.

Everything was okay except the cleanliness of the room. The floor was filthy and the bathroom was filthy. Tub and sink were not clean and had a build up of brown gunk. The shower curtain was gross and smelled very sour. The whole bathroom smell sour like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. The night stand and dresser draws were also kind of gross but we never used them.

The room was not cleaned. We found contact lenses on the floor. There was leftover food in the fridge.

We had a great view from our room on the 4th floor. Room was sufficient , nothing extrodinary. Breakfast had a nice selection and ease of service.

The pillows on the bed were all the same and much too fat. Some different sizes would be great.

I like our family stay at the hotel. He suite was comfortable and has ample space. Only think the bathroom was smaller and didn’t gave much space but other than that it was a great stay.

The room was big, which is great. However, it’s really dated. The phone didn't work, a couple outlets were dead, and the walls were paper thin (we could hear footsteps and conversations in other rooms). Staff was fantastic though.

The room was not really as advertised. I expected to get a two bedroom suite which is what I booked and I got a regular room with two beds and a wall separating the two. Making it essentially two rooms. There was no chair to sit on other than a desk chair and not even a pen in the room. We only had two bad towels for 4 people and the furniture was very worn. We actually switched from the original assigned room because the wall unit heater wasn’t working so they provided a small space heater for the room. I refused to pay $321.00 for a room with a space heater for heat. They were accommodating Im the regard. Over all disappointed with the condition of the rooms considering the high price. The breakfast was good but they had run out of stuff by 9 am. Walked out feeling hungry and not impressed. Won’t stay again.

Trains were noisy and the building shook as they went by

Overall, we endured nine frustrating days here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor customer service, excessive noise, and disappointing amenities made for a very unpleasant stay. Look elsewhere if you want a decent experience. We booked this hotel last minute because it was the only option available for nine consecutive nights. Initially, we were glad to see that breakfast was included and that there was a hot tub, but unfortunately, our stay was far from pleasant. The biggest issue was the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear every single person walking by, especially kids running up and down the halls at all hours. It started as early as 7 AM and continued well into the evening. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done to address the issue. Breakfast was another disappointment. While it’s advertised as running from 6 AM to 10 AM, the staff starts packing everything up by 9:15 AM. If you plan on having a late breakfast, don’t count on getting much. We also attempted to do laundry using the guest machines, but we needed change. When we asked the assistant manager, Dwayne Johnson, how to get coins, his response was, “We are not a bank.” It was incredibly rude and unhelpful, especially since we’ve stayed at many hotels that offer currency exchange or at least provide change for their guests.

The receptionist was terrible. He wasn’t in the reception when I arrived and when he came back and helped he was super unkind. His attideue was sooooo terrible.

Great stay at the Ramada Wyndham! Even though we arrived at the same time as a tour bus, and our check-in was so quick and seamless, which was a great first impression. Room was clean and had great climate control. Good size mini fridge to stash our fruit and kids yogurt snacks etc. microwave and Keurig were nice, but we didn't use, because of the awesome breakfast buffet each morning. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. So many options, even our pickiest kiddo had multiple things to choose from. Would have liked to see a bit more fruit, but we always pack our own fruit for the kids on road trips, so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was a good size, clean, and the slide was ok, but with the no lifejacket rule/single rider, our kids didn't use it since it emptied into the deep end (5 feet). They had tons of fun swimming and the hot tub was a good size, and perfect temp as well. Only feedback for the pool area was that the towel rack could have been replenished a bit more frequently at peak times, as it ran out a couple times we were there. The gym looked like pretty good too, though just my husband used it. Staff was very prompt the couple times we requested extra towels, and a blanket. A couple spots of minor wear on the desk drawers and bathroom baseboard. Though the drawers on the nightstand, coupled with the desk/dresser combo were perfect to tuck away and keep things organized with our kiddos.

While my experience started off on the wrong foot, I have to give huge credit to Dwayne, the general manager, for completely turning things around. His sincerity, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. Even though I didn’t end up staying the night, the way he handled the situation left such a positive impression that I would gladly return in the future. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and Dwayne deserves full recognition for it!

EXPEDIA LOST MY BOOKING - When I went to check in my booking was no longer there. I had made 4 bookings for 4 suites at the same time, and expedia somehow cancelled my booking. My expedia confirmation # was given to another person traveling in our group, who also booked through expedia. BE CAREFUL BOOKING ON EXPEDIA. ALWAYS CALL THE HOTEL IN ADVANCE. This was very stress full, unexpected and completely unacceptable. Expedia has done nothing to make this right, if the Hotel hadn't been so wonderful, we would have been sleeping in the car. The Hotel was amazing in trying to accommodate me and my family on this sold out tournament weekend. They had to juggle other guests but they made it work. I originally had booked a suite for my large family, they were not able to give us a suite but were able to give us a room, which we were very appreciative of. Thank you Dwayne and Staff at the Ramada, we will definitely be back. I will not be booking Via EXPEDIA ever again.

Fantastic experience at the Ramada! I was treated very well by the staff, great breakfast and coming back to the room after my busy days at the resort on a course (my reason for coming) to a nice clean room was awesome. And the classroom portion being downstairs was very convenient. I will definitely be back!

Great value! Staff was lovely. Check in was seamless. Breakfast has hot and cold options with lots to choose from. This property isn’t right in the middle of town, but had a Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen within a 2 min walk. DQ was actually in the parking lot of the property. We stayed there in 2023 and decided to stay again.

Not super central but rooms are spacious and new.

Over all it was a great stay except for the breakfast buffet...we came down around 9:30is and it there was nothing but old food, nothing fresh...that's about it..

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Many items to choose from for breakfast, including several healthy options. Plenty of available, free parking close to main entrance. Swimming pool and hot tub were both clean and in excellent shape. We used both.
