Overly priced. Terrible breakfast. Lazy reception service. Room key doesn't function in the elevator no matter how many times they provided a new card. Gym photo on the website is completely misleading - it is tiny with old machines no free weights. No sauna no spa. Waste of money.

First of all, there's no bell service, the concierge is on the 22nd. So I arrived after 14hours flight, with 2 big baggages, and had to drag them up to the lift. Room is very very small for £240/night. Toilet is part of the room with 2 sliding doors as partition. Don't stay here.

The reception for the hotel was on the 22nd floor. (Floors 1-21 is a hospital.) The rooftop lounge was breathtaking, along with the rooftop pool. Housekeeping was especially efficient. Everything was super clean. I liked the big walk in shower, much better than other hotels that have a shower in a tub. The continental breakfast was excellent!

Pleasant enough. Disappointing there was no plant based milk for coffee or breakfast cereal and the coffee was that machine stuff. Happily I found a Starbucks only a five minute walk away and also a supermarket. Hotel had very little on the menu for a vegan.
