I found this very disappointing. First, the positive: very clean, nice kitchen, lots of closets and shelves. Staff was cordial. Negatives: very hot with no air conditioning. My room like many of the rooms faced a very noisy street. The combination of noise and hot room contributed to poor sleep. No coffee or tea in the room, so every such item needs to be purchased. Guest needs to dump garbage in basement garage and wash dishes with no dishwasher. Very noisy street with lots of people loitering around. Overall, very unexpected negative experience.

Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird document-filling requirements we don't see in other places. i'll look for other places next time.

The room was good; the staff were helpful. However, the neighborhood was very noisy until early morning. Will avoid in the future.

Quarto limpo e espaçoso. A cozinha bem equipada. Tinha cafeteira, torradeira e várias panelas para fazer refeições. O banheiro é bem amplo. A unica coisa que incomodou muito foi o calor. Apesar de estarmos no fim do outuno e já com temperaturas bem baixas, não conseguiamos regular o aquecedor. Ficava muito muito quente a ponto de termos que abrir a janela para equilibrar. No mais, o atendimento foi muito bom. Quando chegamos fomos recepcionados pela Inês, que falava português e nos deu uma boa ajuda.
