We arrive at our property and dirty sheets were still in the property and no cleaning had been undertaken. Impossible to speak to Smartflats (other than via AI). Called Expedia in desperation who were also unable to help. Finally got relocated to another apartment.used Smartflats twice whilst in Belgium and will not be using them again

There was urine on the mattress. The shower head wasn’t connected to the shower line, the hot water was turned off and customer service was useless to help. There is a sleeper couch with a mattress that is ripped, dirty, and I guarantee is covered in bed bugs. The floor is dirty and will turn your socks brown. Oh and also the entrance code randomly changes so you may get locked out for a night. Good luck.

Esta no era lo que yo había reservado, me lo cambiaron en el último momento y en otra zona el que yo había reservado en un inicio estaba en el centro y este no, me tocó en un 4to piso y no había elevador y el costo de este era más barato de lo que yo pague y no me han devuelto nada.
