Broken toilet flush for 2 days, noone to help on site. Room has no drawer with hangers. No soap in bathroom. It is cheaper vs other hotels but definitely not worth the savings. I won’t go again

Room was small and smelly, shower had a serious water leak and mold. Overall everything in poor condition

I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold.
