Miami Heat Beach Resort

This was the worst place I've ever stayed, they had taken all the TVs out of the room they still have the place where they were on the wall TVs were gone. They didn't have Wi-Fi in their rooms though I eventually was able to get the executive Wi-Fi from them and it worked in the room. They had bugs in their room though it was clean it just had bugs. And I didn't stay the second night cuz I was so happy with the place and they told me they would refund my second night and I have not received my refund. So I would never go to this place again and I would never recommend it to anybody.

T.V not working, restaurants close,don't have food service

the location is perfect true beach front property but the rooms need to be removated.Bathroom undersink door cabinet missing and falling apart.Toilet seat missing .AC sounds like a diesel truck engine.Cable and WIFI not working .TV not working.I complained about the toilet seat cover and I was asked if I really need one.The place set up probably used to be nice but the gardens and the grounds need to be spruced and cleaned.Love the infinity pool facing the ocean.Restaurant food pretty good .Price not bad .Place seemed pretty safe.
