Classy Suite Taksim

Odalar ve mutfak eşyaları çok temiz değildi,konum olarak güzel,otopark olması açısından güzel,girişte depozito istendi bu daha önceden belirtilmemişti.

Odada kağıt terlik olmadığı için sıkıntı yaşadık. Kızdıktan sonra sabahında daha iyi terlikler geldi ve kızgınlığımızı telafi ettiler.

We stay 3 day they didn’t change towels or any more shampo and all bathrooms was dirty and the price they give me on first day they charge me 30 more wen I got back my deposit wasn’t great at all

Banyonun biraz yenilenmesi gerekiyor ama temiz

we stayed for 7 days and they only came once to clean the room(and they didn't even clean properly), And the breakfast was very bad with cold food and they didnt even cereal, one day we complained about the food so the next day it had one item that was hot everything was the same(cold) never have breakfast with this hotel you are just wasting your money, not very good for family and you have no service its all very messy and dirty with dust everywhere and calling reception has no reply the room was also very dirty and no one is on call for help and room service it is 99% self service not worth the price , I travel a lot and I've been to some bad hotels but this is the most worst and disgusting hotel in all of my life. I will never go to back to this hotel ever again. PS, If I could then i would rate this hotel an overall 0 star
