Spent 3 nights at the White House and left feeling very relaxed and happy with the choice of B&B. The staff are a real asset to the WH. Both the buffet selection (small, but everything one would need) and hot breakfast was quality, tasty and plentiful. We stayed in room 4, bed was very comfortable on night 1 but had some back-pain night 2/3! Otherwise great well portioned room, very quiet and relaxing. Internet was a bit hit and miss so great place to switch off from busy lifestyles. Free Cakes and divine shortbread at the honesty was a great touch although removed by 6.30-7pm, by the time we returned from a day out. Honesty bar also great touch and seemed reasonably priced! Would defo recommend.

Beautiful retreat in lovely grounds, stayed in room 9 which was large, comfortable, relaxing and view over the rear garden. Delicious dinner in the Acre restaurant, local wine was very good. Walked around the grounds before breakfast which was very tasty and filling. Perfect hosts and very relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend and stay again. Great cycling area for road and gravel cycling

A great little find for a relaxing get away in the countryside near the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Beautifully renovated farmhouse, spacious and comfortable room, everything was spotless and the table d'hôte dinner was also delicious. Whilst we didn't have time to make the most of the sporting facilities, there is everything you need for various sports including tennis. I would highly recommend a visit!

The White House is fabulous. Everyone is so friendly and the decor and setting are stunning. The food is delicious - we loved the Wednesday supper and dining in The Acre restaurant. The complementary homemade cookies and cake in the afternoon were a lovely touch. We can’t wait to stay again.

3 night stay to attend concert at Sandringham. What an amazing place! Beautifully appointed & furnished. Very welcoming. Loved the homemade cookies and cake! It was like being welcomed into someone’s home. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location in the middle of nowhere. Friendly staff. The room was spacious with good quality linen & toiletries, albeit the bathroom needed a little TLC. Loved the sound of the owls at night & the fox’s calling. It was a very welcoming atmosphere & Johnnie is a character!

An interesting place to review. On the one hand, amazing food and lovely spot. Service is unusual and quite casual, no welcome or check out really just pick and drop keys. Felt it misses out on personal touch but has some nice touches like cakes and coffee/tea in the afternoon. Supper was excellent and chef is top class. Breakfast service was fine but things were always mixed up or incorrect so a bit unreliable, but again couldn't fault the food and things always put right. Room was quite beaten up in terms of walls and needed lick of paint. Hotel was flexible when I needed to move booking, which was very kind. Overall, lovely stay but not sure I'd be back for the price.

It was such a lovely friendly family Hotel the staff were Amazing and the food was 10/10! The Hotel was very clean and tidy at all times. I would definitely go back there next year. Thank you so much for a lovely relaxing weekend away!!

The position of the property and the decor. Furnished to high standard and well thought out. All areas were very clean and tidy. A long mirror in bed 9 would have been nice. Also no bath robes on arrival in this room which was rectified when mentioned. Shower was quite small but water pressure was good. No greeting on arrival but we had received an email mentioning the check in proceedure. Just missing that personal touch. However, all staff we did meet were lovely and helpful.

I felt like an honoured personal guest at The White House. It's on a farm which feels remote but is actually close to Burnham Market and the Holkham Beach, one of the best beaches in the UK Breakfast was delicious, I had Eggs Florentine every morning although there were many other choices. My bedroom was clean and comfortable. I can not say anything further as space is limited but the White House deserves at least 5 stars

There was 3 of us booked in to stay and we arrived early hours of the morning unfortunately the 3rd bed was not made up there was no spare bedding in the room and no staff in the building so one of us had to sleep with no bedding we did mention this in the morning to staff they were apologetic but at £320 for a night I don’t think that was good enough I felt very disappointed

Enjoyed our stay. We did have trouble adjusting heat switch, it stayed at 20 C and from top floor room we had to hurtle back down to get milk for drinks as we were without a fridge

We had such a lovely time. Great accommodation. The only slight disappointment was they refused to print off tickets for us, which we felt was a little petty when we were staying for 3 nights.

Amazing hotel, mark and Alison are so welcoming, the beds and linen are pure luxury. The decor and ambience is so relaxing - we are returning guests and have already booked our next stay. Outstanding in every way. Thank you

The position of the property and the decor. Furnished to high standard and well thought out. All areas were very clean and tidy. A long mirror in bed 9 would have been nice. Also no bath robes on arrival in this room which was rectified when mentioned. Shower was quite small but water pressure was good. No greeting on arrival but we had received an email mentioning the check in proceedure. Just missing that personal touch. However, all staff we did meet were lovely and helpful.

Spent 3 nights at the White House and left feeling very relaxed and happy with the choice of B&B. The staff are a real asset to the WH. Both the buffet selection (small, but everything one would need) and hot breakfast was quality, tasty and plentiful. We stayed in room 4, bed was very comfortable on night 1 but had some back-pain night 2/3! Otherwise great well portioned room, very quiet and relaxing. Internet was a bit hit and miss so great place to switch off from busy lifestyles. Free Cakes and divine shortbread at the honesty was a great touch although removed by 6.30-7pm, by the time we returned from a day out. Honesty bar also great touch and seemed reasonably priced! Would defo recommend.

There was 3 of us booked in to stay and we arrived early hours of the morning unfortunately the 3rd bed was not made up there was no spare bedding in the room and no staff in the building so one of us had to sleep with no bedding we did mention this in the morning to staff they were apologetic but at £320 for a night I don’t think that was good enough I felt very disappointed

Really lovely place to stay, Jonny was very helpful and friendly. Dinner was delicious and breakfast also very good. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location in the middle of nowhere. Friendly staff. The room was spacious with good quality linen & toiletries, albeit the bathroom needed a little TLC. Loved the sound of the owls at night & the fox’s calling. It was a very welcoming atmosphere & Johnnie is a character!

A faultless stay. It was our second time at the White House and it didn't disappoint. The breakfast is the best we've had anywhere. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere. Great location for exploring north Norfolk.

3 night stay to attend concert at Sandringham. What an amazing place! Beautifully appointed & furnished. Very welcoming. Loved the homemade cookies and cake! It was like being welcomed into someone’s home. Would definitely stay again.

I felt like an honoured personal guest at The White House. It's on a farm which feels remote but is actually close to Burnham Market and the Holkham Beach, one of the best beaches in the UK Breakfast was delicious, I had Eggs Florentine every morning although there were many other choices. My bedroom was clean and comfortable. I can not say anything further as space is limited but the White House deserves at least 5 stars

Stunning. Absolutely fabulous, made the more so by Jonny and the staff at dinner. Outstanding food and excellent service, all delivered in such a friendly informal way. Brilliantly thought out decor that fitted each room perfectly without seeming to be, in any way, pretentious. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would very much like to return. After Jonny, I particularly commend the chef who produced a flawless dinner - presentation and a high quality of local, seasonal ingredients which complimented each other to a tee. Well done to everyone concerned. This was, in my view, a tour de force.

An interesting place to review. On the one hand, amazing food and lovely spot. Service is unusual and quite casual, no welcome or check out really just pick and drop keys. Felt it misses out on personal touch but has some nice touches like cakes and coffee/tea in the afternoon. Supper was excellent and chef is top class. Breakfast service was fine but things were always mixed up or incorrect so a bit unreliable, but again couldn't fault the food and things always put right. Room was quite beaten up in terms of walls and needed lick of paint. Hotel was flexible when I needed to move booking, which was very kind. Overall, lovely stay but not sure I'd be back for the price.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay and will certainly return, we did however find in-house prices for food and snacks incredibly expensive for quality and quantity, also a large service charge added with know forward warning.

Beautiful retreat in lovely grounds, stayed in room 9 which was large, comfortable, relaxing and view over the rear garden. Delicious dinner in the Acre restaurant, local wine was very good. Walked around the grounds before breakfast which was very tasty and filling. Perfect hosts and very relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend and stay again. Great cycling area for road and gravel cycling

The White House is fabulous. Everyone is so friendly and the decor and setting are stunning. The food is delicious - we loved the Wednesday supper and dining in The Acre restaurant. The complementary homemade cookies and cake in the afternoon were a lovely touch. We can’t wait to stay again.
