They are not looking the Hotels.com mailbox. When I completed my reservation I texted to they but I could not receive and answer. When I went to this place they told me why you did not write to us we needed your passport. Actually I was write to day exactly about this question but they are not checking hotels.com mailbox. Decent location and quick to get to city and train stations. But too noisy can hear everything that’s going on. Doors banging, water systems Slept 2 hours in 2 nights. Made a big mistake staying here. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other choice.
