the hotel has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is nice, staff is nice. but the food is expensive, takes too long. The road that leads to Satama is not paved all the way n unsafe. The hotel should have paved the road and barricade it.

The property is gorgeous I’m not going to take this away from it. Nice view overlooking the city. However the road could have been done. I was with a baby and every time we have to take this road in and out of the hotel I felt like my life was in danger. The ac was not running during day time which was horrible for my baby. The elevator was not working. I had to carry my heavy bag 3 stairs down. My sink was clogged every day I had to tell someone to come fix it. My balcony door couldn’t close even though I told the front desk. They disregarded all of the complaints. Not going back definitely. For your money yon don’t get the service . Overall property is hot because no central air. I had to leave the hotel everyday and just come back to sleep when Ac was on in the room.

Had a great time. I arrive early and they still accommodate me and my son at check. It was fast and smooth. The Resturant had some of the best food I could eat. The bar service all the way to the pool and lounging area. Truly a great experience. I would update some stuff in the room. Shower heads and setting chair and desk chair. But over all great. Each morning hot fresh breakfast.

This hotel is beautiful. Located on a mountain and over looking the entire city and bay of Cap-Haitien. Likes: Beautiful landscaping, grounds and clean rooms, Modern Hotel and nice pool. Secluded and quiet. Complimentary Breakfast everyday. Restaurant and Bar. The food was good. Special Shout out to Junior the waiter at the bar who found my credit card at the pool and returned it to me. You saved me a lot of headache. The cleaning staff is awesome, thank you ladies. Dislikes: The pool water was a little cloudy but they eventually had someone to come and clean the pool water by day 3 of my stay. The food was delicious but the portions where kind of small for the price. My only real dislike was that the hotel allows the wait staff to take pictures of your Identification Card, Debit Card along with your bar bill with their cell phones as proof that you purchased food at the Hotel bar. This is along with me using my debit card and entering my pin to pay for the food. This is a bad business practice and made me feel very uncomfortable that someone has my information in there PERSONAL cell phone. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

The road is so dangerous. There is pot holes in the street going up to the hotel. I had to change my room 3 times, the elevator wasn't working I'm 5 months pregnant and high risk, so the stairs was very dangerous for me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely gorgeous property with modern feel. The restaurant serves great food and Eve better drinks. There is daily breakfast which was also delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back 10/10 recommend!

The bathroom are full of mold, erosion to the pipe there’s no hot water. The picture online look Ntn like the room. There’s no AC in the day time due to gas shortage. The price of the food vs what you get is outrages I ordered a burger one day and found hair in my patty. From that day I didn’t eat at the hotel again This hotel shouldn’t be 4 stars The lobby and dining room are great The view is beautiful Everything on the outside of the hotel looks great but they need to re do the rooms: Paint the rooms restructure the bathrooms the chair in the room has a old cover on it Just not what you expect when you book a 4 star / 8.3 rating hotel

What a spectacular stay and place. I appreciate being able to have this experience at such a well maintained place in Okap. The receptionist was incredibly kind, the food was delicious, the drinks were lovely, housekeeping was meticulous, and the room was wonderful. I deeply enjoyed my stay and high recommend this oasis in the mountains. The view is impressive. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Très bel hôtel mais il faut changer les TV j’ai été dans deux chambres différentes pendant mon séjour les TV ont des problèmes de signal et de volume pour certaines chaînes. Aussi il faut revoir la position des climatiseurs c’est exposé face aux lits ! Après ça Bravo à Satama !

The only thing about this location is the view. Some of the staff is very nice most likely the night crew understand what customer service should be. this is my first time at this Satama hotel, AC was leaking. And Water was everywhere in my room and guess what they have the audacity to tell me well um, we can’t really change your room because we have no room available at this moment, and was not true. I was very upset, also had some activity to do. When I get back the night crew was Oh no problem let me get that fixed for you as soon as possible. The young lady that work the front desk in the morning does not look like she want to be at work. All all I’m saying is I will never come back to this hotel due to poor service the appliances is not what it look like online, I travel a lot. This is the first time I have to experience this in my entire time traveling. If I need towel I have to exchange the two to towels that I already used before they can give me more towels and they don’t even have washing towel. At night time the is a noise that came out of the bathroom and keep beeping, and that make it very hard for me to fall asleep sleep. My first time and my last time at satama

The property was nice but needs a hand full of maintenance.The front desk staff & housekeepers were nice , but the other staff mainly food and beverage staff was terrible. It felt like they were doing me favors instead of the job as if they didn’t want to be there.
The property was nice but needs a hand full of maintenance.The front desk staff & housekeepers were nice , but the other staff mainly food and beverage staff was terrible. It felt like they were doing me favors instead of the job as if they didn’t want to be there.

Had a great time. I arrive early and they still accommodate me and my son at check. It was fast and smooth. The Resturant had some of the best food I could eat. The bar service all the way to the pool and lounging area. Truly a great experience. I would update some stuff in the room. Shower heads and setting chair and desk chair. But over all great. Each morning hot fresh breakfast.

The only thing about this location is the view. Some of the staff is very nice most likely the night crew understand what customer service should be. this is my first time at this Satama hotel, AC was leaking. And Water was everywhere in my room and guess what they have the audacity to tell me well um, we can’t really change your room because we have no room available at this moment, and was not true. I was very upset, also had some activity to do. When I get back the night crew was Oh no problem let me get that fixed for you as soon as possible. The young lady that work the front desk in the morning does not look like she want to be at work. All all I’m saying is I will never come back to this hotel due to poor service the appliances is not what it look like online, I travel a lot. This is the first time I have to experience this in my entire time traveling. If I need towel I have to exchange the two to towels that I already used before they can give me more towels and they don’t even have washing towel. At night time the is a noise that came out of the bathroom and keep beeping, and that make it very hard for me to fall asleep sleep. My first time and my last time at satama

I made a reservation 3 weeks ago when I arrived at the hotel they told me. The room is not yet available, I spent more than 4 hours waiting for the woman to prepare. after I found out that the room had no towels, when I asked for towels, they said that the towels were not washed. It was the worst experience of my life

Love the location of the property. It wasn’t the Conrad or the ritz Carlton but by far one of the best locations that I’ve found so far in Haiti. The few alone is worth a thousand words. The one down size is paying the hotel shuttle about $17 USD To take you to the airport. Came around $86 USD for 5 of us

This hotel is beautiful. Located on a mountain and over looking the entire city and bay of Cap-Haitien. Likes: Beautiful landscaping, grounds and clean rooms, Modern Hotel and nice pool. Secluded and quiet. Complimentary Breakfast everyday. Restaurant and Bar. The food was good. Special Shout out to Junior the waiter at the bar who found my credit card at the pool and returned it to me. You saved me a lot of headache. The cleaning staff is awesome, thank you ladies. Dislikes: The pool water was a little cloudy but they eventually had someone to come and clean the pool water by day 3 of my stay. The food was delicious but the portions where kind of small for the price. My only real dislike was that the hotel allows the wait staff to take pictures of your Identification Card, Debit Card along with your bar bill with their cell phones as proof that you purchased food at the Hotel bar. This is along with me using my debit card and entering my pin to pay for the food. This is a bad business practice and made me feel very uncomfortable that someone has my information in there PERSONAL cell phone. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

What a spectacular stay and place. I appreciate being able to have this experience at such a well maintained place in Okap. The receptionist was incredibly kind, the food was delicious, the drinks were lovely, housekeeping was meticulous, and the room was wonderful. I deeply enjoyed my stay and high recommend this oasis in the mountains. The view is impressive. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Absolutely gorgeous property with modern feel. The restaurant serves great food and Eve better drinks. There is daily breakfast which was also delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back 10/10 recommend!

The hotel was clean. I like that it was secluded. The staff was pleasant, enjoyable, and willing to assist. We didn't get any assistance with our luggages when we checked out. The front desk never had any change, which made it extremely difficult to tip the staff.
