The room was just as we expected. It was fabulous. Plenty of room. Great view. Wonderful amenities. We did use the hot tub and the patio area. All were excellent.

Pics do not accurately reflect the condition of the furniture and other thing in the condo. Torn scratched up furniture burns in carpet and laminate coming off cabinets.

View was absolutely amazing. The condo was nice and clean. The overall building could use some updating especially carpet and elevators.

This rental was just as described. Beach was easy to get to. 4 minute walk to the second ave pier. 20 minute walk to the sky wheel. My only reservation was the credit verification process. You are asked for photos of your face, your drivers license, front and back of credit card(all but last 4 numbers hidden) a photo of you holding DL and CC, and a photo of your signature… this is to protect them from fraud, but by doing this opens you up to potential fraud. This was the only thing I did not like and would prevent me from renting again. Otherwise, it was a great stay. I would recommend the pirate dinner and show!
