Great views overlooking the baseball stadium. Rooftop bar is very convenient, along with the first floor restaurant. All makes for an easy stay.

Excellent staff, they have a social hour from 1700 to 1800 and served spiked apple cider free of charge until 2200. Restaurant on property was delicious and plenty of other food/bar options within walking distance. Room was fully stocked with a mini bar and had plenty of snacks available as well for a late night treat while netflix and chilling. We will definitely stay here again.

Best location for dinning and going out. The rooftop bar is a must visit. We love this area of Charlotte for the ease of getting around to the nightlife. 5-10 min uber anywhere and a great time! The on site parking garage is awesome too although it’s a separate fee better than fighting for downtown street parking.

We always stay at this hotel it is very convenient and clean. I’m rating a 4 instead of 5 today because the Valet Parking was absolutely terrible. The text message system didn’t work and they had no order of how they were taking people. I watched 2 people that gave there cards after me get their cars fast. My key ended up being put to the side and I saw other groups keys get misplaced/ looked over. We waited 45 minutes downstairs for our car. They did handle it by crediting me for the valet so I do appreciate this but it should be much more organized at this nice of a hotel.

When I first came through the parking, I got stock in the staircase meant for employees. I called the hotel three times. First time they just hung up on me. Second time, they told me to stay there and someone will get me. I waited for half an hour nobody did. I called them again, and while I was on the phone I decided to go up one level and there was a door I could exit. I came out right next to the valet people. It wasn’t a busy day, one of them could come and get me. They could have told me I need to come up the stairs to get me, but they didn’t. Even the front desk people (whom I was talking with on the phone) didn’t apologize. I almost called 911 because I thought nobody was going to help me. The room wasn’t clean either, the bed was stained. I have been to way cleaner hotels at the fraction of the price and was treated much better too.

Overall very nice hotel and location. We just stayed one night and multiple issues with key cards which was a hassle. Bathroom was nice but back of barn door to bathroom was dusty and light switch needed a good cleaning.

The hotel is really nice. The room was fantastic. However, the person who checked us in was not as friendly as the rest of the staff. They are not very clear ok the extra charges. For example, the valet person told us we would pay an extra $40.00 for vale vs. $30 per day. Well,, when we checked out we going out it is $40 per day. The beds are very uncomfortable and the bathroom has no ventilation at all. To the point that there is rust in the doorframe. I have stayed there many times however now they have a policy of not valeting trucks!!! The guy at the valet called the manager about it and the manager wouldn’t even come down to look at what was going on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will not be going back.

Made a reservation with Expedia as always. Arrived at the hotel after an 8 hour drive from Pittsburgh. Said my reservation was cancelled (not by me) and they had no rooms available and I had to make other arrangements. They were rude and not accommodating at all. Left stranded.

Even though we arrived at the height of Panthers gameday traffic, we were greeted promptly and our car was immediately taken care of. We were allowed to go ahead and chek in to our room even though we did not request an early check in. Staff was very friendly and accomoadating.

This was my first time staying at the property. Overall I really loved the accessibility to the city and atmosphere of the hotel itself. Some things things could have been better. There was a magic eraser left in my bathroom sink when we arrived…I’m guessing from the cleaners. We asked to get our car a couple times and the sense of urgency from the valet staff was awful. We waited no less than 15 minutes each time even when we requested 15 minutes prior. Today when we left there was an older gentleman with glasses who I hadn’t seen the entire weekend. He was running circles around everyone, super personable and in my opinion deserved my tip and he didn’t even get my car for me. I would stay again but hope those aspects are better.

Best location for dinning and going out. The rooftop bar is a must visit. We love this area of Charlotte for the ease of getting around to the nightlife. 5-10 min uber anywhere and a great time! The on site parking garage is awesome too although it’s a separate fee better than fighting for downtown street parking.

The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, inviting and the staff were excellent. We were in town for a concert at the stadium and the location could not be better. There were plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options steps away. The park and green space so close was an unexpected benefit we enjoyed.

Perfect location, but if an event is going on better signs of parking at the hotel need to out. Especially if streets are blocked off or closed for the event.

The property was in great shape. The staff was effective and friendly. Our room was clean and everything worked fine. We loved the location because there's a park across the street and you can easily walk to the Bank of America Stadium.

The hotel was nice and chic. The only thing I did not like was after 12 all the food choice options were closed. You couldn’t even buy a drink. There was a mini bar in the room with candy and soda but the amount for it was ridiculous. I literally had to DoorDash just to get something to drink.

Great views overlooking the baseball stadium. Rooftop bar is very convenient, along with the first floor restaurant. All makes for an easy stay.

The restaurant is amazing, the happy hour warm and welcome, the beds were like a cloud. We have stayed here everytime we are in Charlotte and will again.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, we did not get any sleep. Please do not eat at the restaurant on sight, the food is awful and way too overpriced.

Overall it was a great stay. The front desk especially Angel was excellent. There was one bartender at Angeline’s who was definitely having a bad day. Basically rude. The other bartender was great. Would definitely stay again just avoid that one guy as he by himself brought the rating down from 5 to 4.

Excellent staff, they have a social hour from 1700 to 1800 and served spiked apple cider free of charge until 2200. Restaurant on property was delicious and plenty of other food/bar options within walking distance. Room was fully stocked with a mini bar and had plenty of snacks available as well for a late night treat while netflix and chilling. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Centrally located to everything we wanted to check out. The early check in was one of my favorite things, usually hotels make you wait! The rooftop bar was so fun and Angelines downstairs was great for breakfast and for a drink, we never ate dinner there but I’m sure it would have been fine.

We stoped in Charlotte for the first time because we were leaving our home in Palm Beach for the season & headed home to Ontario; it was our midway stop. Everyone from the valet to front desk was very friendly. The corner suite we were in exceeded my expectations. Great food at hotel restaurant.

This is a dog friendly hotel in the heart of the city located across the street from a park (great for dogs). Staff service levels were excellent, and food was very good. We encountered some difficulty with room service, but the hotel was kind enough to make an adjustment to compensate. The dog friendly room was clean and modern.

The Hotel was beautiful. Located within walking distance of both stadiums and easy Uber drive to the South End. Rooms were very clean and great amenities. Enjoyed Merchant & Trade Roof top bar! Tip: Only negative (and they cant control it) was the street noise from the local bar that went till Midnight- just ask for a room higher up or on the opposite side of the hotel. We were on the fourth floor almost on top of the bar entrance. Otherwise fantastic!

The ambiance and amenities were excellent - Look and vibe of the hotel, bell staff, and management were absolutely terrific. I especially enjoyed the free coffee and tea in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. The person staffing the evening cocktails was very friendly, appropriately chatty and added to the chic ambiance. The front desk staff were hit or miss. Some were excellent- solicitous, proactive, courteous. Although the others were eventually helpful, I felt like I was bothering them with my questions and other requests. The bellman, Matt, was especially helpful and the two gentleman who helped us in and out with our bags (blue shirts in the garage) were also excellent. Also worthy of mention was the manager for the rooftop lounge. He was attentive, engaging and genuinely invested in us having a good time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would go again.
