Arbatax Park Resort - Suites Del Mare by Falkensteiner

Needs to be upgraded. We had a midievil key to open and close the door to our family suite. It was kind of funny at first till we realized if one of us wanted to go out, you literally have to lock the other person inside the room and they cant open the door from the inside to get out. The sliding glass door to our patio was also broken and would not lock. The staff responded right away. It look a couple of visits to get the right tools but eventually, the staff was able to rig it good enough. The staff was amazing and so friendly and you could tell they were doing the best they can with limit resources. Its not their fault. As a guest and for what you pay to stay their it was discouraging to see the lack of tools/equipment the staff had. The owners (or investors )of the resort really need to acknowledge their staff with better pay and equipment. Beautiful location. Couple nights hard to sleep with blasting techno music. Sardinia festival was really cool! Staff was amazing. The resort facilities are rundown and stay was overpriced.

A beautiful eco resort with fabulous beach and pool options. Design of accommodation is attractive and symptomatic with natural surroundings. Very limited food options for lunch or apperitivo with restaurants not opening until 8pm

The location and views of the property are beautiful, but the amenities (furniture etc.) are very basic. Staff is also basic and inexperienced. The pictures on the website look beautiful especially the restaurants but they do not reflect reality. All restaurants are buffet style, not 1 a la carte restaurant is available on the property. Even the breakfast was bad for what the room costs. Very deceiving and disappointing.
