We had a delightful stay in this property. The furnishings were upscale, modern with a very santa Fe flair. We loved everything about it and plan to be back in the future. We were in town to visit with family, so our time in the condo was limited to sleeping, breakfast and evening relax time, but we had everything we needed. Every time I wondered if there was an item to help me, I just looked around and found it. yay! The furniture was comfy, the bed was comfy and the many windows allowed us some of the best views and brought the outside in (since it was a bit chilly to actually be out on the beauytiful balcony). I loved how she labeled most things (TV, wi-fi, etc) easy directions, easy to figure out and all worked as it should. Carol was so sweet and easy to work with when I had a question. We even had a few hours to prep for the holiday and one of my family made a dessert in the very well stocked kitchen. We will be most definitely be back. thank you for a wonderful stay.

We brought our family to spend Thanksgiving week in Santa Fe. Our stay was wonderful. Our hosts were quite responsive, even providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. The condo was delightful with a lot of Santa Fe charm. It was very comfortable for four adults. All the amenities needed. We even pulled off making a full Thanksgiving dinner there. Would highly recommend!

Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of comfortable furniture. Nice quiet condo. Easy access to downtown and lots of action and food. Also close to major streets and the highways we needed to take a couple of scenic drives. Really enjoyed our time here. I did mess up the access code on the door lock but the host was very helpful resetting the code so we could get into the unit.

This condo is close to everything in Santa Fe that you want to visit, but in a quiet residential area. It was thoughtful appointed and had everything we needed. The beds are memory foam and the AC worked great. We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed this property. It was clean, beds were comfortable, it was in a good location, and the kitchen was quite nice. We also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the kiva fireplace (not a wood fireplace, though). We enjoyed visiting in the living room and playing games around the nice kitchen table. It provided just the right amount of space for four people. The only concerns might be that the complex itself was a bit noisy at times, the bedrooms were right across from each other and didn't offer quite as much privacy as other homes might, and the bathroom setup was sometimes tricky with everyone sharing a shower, but we knew the last part going in. It might be important to know that you won't be able to open the condo door until a few minutes after check-in time, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't open at first. However, the host answered immediately to explain this issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Our experience at the condo couldn’t have been better! The location was very central, although we did have to drive to different excursions, and the condo was lovely and so well appointed! It was a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring. It is even prettier in person and felt like a home away from home. We would definitely return!

Clean, cozy, well-decorated. Great lighting and good vibes. Black out curtains and well-stocked kitchen were appreciated. Sliding doors on bedrooms and master bath were not as soundproof as we would have liked but not an huge deal. We really enjoyed this lovely condo and wish we could have stayed longer!

Just under 2 miles from the square, this charming little condo was just the ticket for our Christmas in Santa Fe. We were out of the tight street, heavy traffic city center. But we had easy access to all of that when we wanted it. It's just off of St. Francis Drive, so it's easy to get to other locations from there as well and it's a quick exit in and out of town. It was clean and had everything we could have wanted. The beds were comfortable. The ambiance of the kiva was nice. Warmer weather would offer nice experiences on the patio. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Two thumbs up!

Great property with every single thing you need. We've never stayed in a more well-stocked, well-decorated home-away-from-home. We loved the location, very close to a nice grocery store, mall, restaurants, and close to the lovely Plaza. Parking was plentiful, the neighbors friendly, and the weather divine. This sweet condo deserves every five-star rating, and we are adding one more.Carol was fantastic to deal with, and we loved the relaxed check-out "rules" rather than the marching orders some properties require. It was a vacation in every single way, to stay at this sweet little Santa Fe condo.

I love staying at this property. It is so clean and easy to get to. It’s close to the opera and also the center of town. Carol is amazing and always willing to help. This is my second time staying there and I will go back.

Very clean condo with all the amenities one could ask for. Carol, the owner, was a great communicator. The condo is close to all the sites, galleries and hiking spots in and around Old Santa Fe.

I thought it\'s a great two or three night stay type of place. The beds are very comfortable. We liked the ambiance of the Kiva Fireplace. The kitchen is what you expect... and I loved the last guests leaving their good coffee. TY :) Shower is lovely. Towels are a little "stiff" and could be more comfortable, but whatever. When we pulled up the actual buildings looks a little rundown, but the cars in the parking lot were all super nice - and the families staying there or residents are all quiet and sweet. It\'s a good value. Not walkable to the tourist stuff, so you will need a car.

A beautifully-appointed condo with a lovely balcony, comfortable beds, and all possible amenities. 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Opera; seven minutes to downtown; a few minutes to nearby shopping. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

This property was even better than advertised, per my adult children, who stayed there. It is not far from Santa Fe's central plaza and quite close to DeVargas Center, which is handy for grocery shopping.

Just under 2 miles from the square, this charming little condo was just the ticket for our Christmas in Santa Fe. We were out of the tight street, heavy traffic city center. But we had easy access to all of that when we wanted it. It's just off of St. Francis Drive, so it's easy to get to other locations from there as well and it's a quick exit in and out of town. It was clean and had everything we could have wanted. The beds were comfortable. The ambiance of the kiva was nice. Warmer weather would offer nice experiences on the patio. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Two thumbs up!

The condo is not really close to the Plaza, but quick access to get on the road to where you need to go. We were there to ski for the weekend but it would also be super convenient to the Opera, Los Alamos, and super quick drive to downtown, the Plaza, Railyards, etc. Everything in the condo was so nice with clearly a lot of pride taken. There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

This is an outstanding property. We couldn't recommend it any more highly. Perfect location, easy access, ample parking and friendly neighbors. The inside of this condo is totally renovated and beautifully decorated in a tasteful southwest style. The kitchen is excellent and organized to perfection. Beds and pillows are super comfy. The bathroom (s) and shower are excellent. Washer and dryer are brand new and easy to operate. Carol answered any questions, instantly. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to book this property!!

Home was clean, packed with all essentials and the outdoor balcony was an added bonus. The area was great and close to a lot of activities. Carol responded to all of my questions in a very reasonable time. So many activities to see and would stay again if in the area.
