From the south/south-west facing terraces or balconies you have a view over the meadows towards the Achterwasser. A tree-lined dune path takes you to the fine sandy beach, the pier forecourt with shops and restaurants and the Koserow highlight, the new pier, in less than 5 minutes. Excursion boats run from there during the season, e.g. to Rügen. All shopping facilities, town centre, bicycle hire, playground within walking distance (300 m).
