Our property manager was fabulous and very accommodating for us having several issues that were unexpected and unrelated to the property. Which we greatly greatly appreciated.

Owner changed our booking to the opposite side of town without notice. We were given a different address the day we arrived that was on the opposite side of town from original booking. We had to haul our luggage across town to the new location, only to discover that there were seven staircases up to the top floor with no elevator. We would not have booked this as we had 2 people in their 70s with us. No explanation or compensation was offered for our difficulties. The stairs were not lit at night - we had to use cellphone flashlights. The apartment was clean and nice but we were not happy.
