This place worked mostly well for our group. Comfy beds .. we’d prefer a top sheet as alternative. Kitchen clean and neat but sufficient crockery and cutlery would be appreciated. Condiments need replenishing.

Very nice quiet area, clean tidy, comfortable, a good supply of necessities ( toilet paper, bed linen etc) plenty of cooking utensils, crockery &cutlery, fridge was switched on & cold ready for us to use. One thing I can suggest is putting in some hand towels for the bathrooms, otherwise no complaints. Also someone came to cut lawn on the verge which is not very well covered & lots of dust & small stones etc were being flicked around and we had a hire car parked in the front which could have been damaged and we would have possibly been charged for this.

Owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated, beds are comfy. Kitchen is well equiped. Air con is in lounge/dining area and one of the rooms. Would recommend.

This property was perfect for our family trip to Melbourne. With plenty of room for 3 generations. The location is easily accessible with local shops a short drive away. The house is furnished with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds, with plenty of pillows. The bath towels are soft also. We travelled into the city with the train station in walking distance. Tibor is an excellent host and was great answering questions both prior & during the stay. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Great location. House accommodated 6 people nicely. Suggestions given to owner on purchasing new crockery and glassware as it was quite chipped or cracked. Would we stay again YES we would. ❤️

What a beautiful house and area. It was peaceful and quiet. We knew the area well as family grew up around the neighborhood . The house was clean and warm (central heating )and our host had thought of everything . 😊 Thank you we will definitely be back when we are down to visit for the family .

The house was idea for our family trip to Melbourne. Within easy walking distance to some shops (IGA and Cafes), the train station and in a very nice and quiet area. House was clean, well equipped and rooms bigger than expected. Owner was very responsive to communications and helpful with any enquiries. Felt like home and we had a great trip, would recommend to family.

Train station being close and Laburnum Village makes it an ideal location. Garden not suitable for use and needing a good tidy. Needs outdoor furniture. Lack of mirrors in the house and one bedroom wardrobe not fit for purpose and room very small. House extremely clean, bathrooms amenities and laundry good. Kitchen very good. The lounge area needs updating, not enough seating. The house is only suitable for six people comfortably, in our opinion.

Great spot close to trainline. Great house was perfect for our needs for rooms and beds etc.Only downside there was a lot of food left in pantry from previous guests, there were staines on the wall in the second bathroom, broken glassware and not enough plates and bowls for 7 people, a random person going through the bins who advised us they were from the landlord ok but not needed till after we check out and definitely not needed at 10.30pm waking people up, back yard wasn't mowed, a few doors need attention as they dont latch.

Catching public transport in and out of the city everyday was nice and convient as train station is literally just down the road. House was tidy and welcoming. It took us a little while to work out where the laundry room was (outside). Having a BBQ out in the back yard might nice for future guests as the outdoor is nice and big enough to enjoy.

Had everything we needed for a 10 night stay. Lots of extras (toilet paper washing up etc) which help when you arrive and staying for over a week. Very generous and kind feel about the place. Clean and tidy beds very comfortable. Easy to manage property and in a great location for everything in Melbourne. We will be back as its a good little number.

Came down for the Grand Prix with family. Location was perfect. Train station at the end of the street. 30 minutes to the city. Very quiet area, no noise at night, couldn't even here the trains! House had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and beds were super comfy. Would stay again next time in Melbourne.

It was the first time to book a holiday house in Melbourne. I couldn't believed how convenient it was. It was closed to my Melbourne friend's house/work, so we have a place for everyone to attend the reunion after more than 2 years haven't seeing each other. All my friends and us agreed that we should make it as our gathering spot every time if possible. The house had everything that we needed, the location was handy, the host also wonderful and alway quick response to my concerns. I would like to book again next time when I visit Melbourne.

We book this property for great artist who came for a drama performance at Box Hill Town. they enjoy the stay at this beautiful house. they enjoy the autumn leaves in the surrounding area. great communication with host. great home to stay with family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable & we had everything we needed. It was close to transport into Melbourne & our host was on hand if needed. Would highly recommend to others.

Catching public transport in and out of the city everyday was nice and convient as train station is literally just down the road. House was tidy and welcoming. It took us a little while to work out where the laundry room was (outside). Having a BBQ out in the back yard might nice for future guests as the outdoor is nice and big enough to enjoy.

Came down for the Grand Prix with family. Location was perfect. Train station at the end of the street. 30 minutes to the city. Very quiet area, no noise at night, couldn't even here the trains! House had everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and beds were super comfy. Would stay again next time in Melbourne.

It was the first time to book a holiday house in Melbourne. I couldn't believed how convenient it was. It was closed to my Melbourne friend's house/work, so we have a place for everyone to attend the reunion after more than 2 years haven't seeing each other. All my friends and us agreed that we should make it as our gathering spot every time if possible. The house had everything that we needed, the location was handy, the host also wonderful and alway quick response to my concerns. I would like to book again next time when I visit Melbourne.

This property was perfect for our family trip to Melbourne. With plenty of room for 3 generations. The location is easily accessible with local shops a short drive away. The house is furnished with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds, with plenty of pillows. The bath towels are soft also. We travelled into the city with the train station in walking distance. Tibor is an excellent host and was great answering questions both prior & during the stay. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

This was a great place to stay in Melbourne. It's in a nice neighborhood, with very good access to nearby shops and transport. The house had everything we needed, and was very comfortable for a week-long stay. The washer and dryer were nice to have on site. Parking is convenient, right in front of the house. We highly recommend this home, it is great for families with all the bedrooms.

Host was nice and friendly amenities were good great location to get the train and get around wouldBe a lot better with an area out the back for entertaining was a bit old and run down in that area overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay
