La struttura e molto semplice, con il problema dell’asse dire che arriva solo fino al terzo piano, ma le scale si fanno piuttosto bene; la nostra “suite” era molto spaziosa così come il bagno, ma mancava un piccolo frigo bar dove poter lasciare acqua e qualche altro cibo. Tutto sommato buona esperienza.

Just a warning if you have luggage; the "elevator" is not easy to get to and use. you have to lug your luggage up two sets of stairs just to get to the elevator, and the elevator drops off in between floors, so you have to lug luggage up or down another set of stairs. As a solo traveler with a standard 45 pound suitcase and a carryon and personal item, this becomes painfully awkward.

Great size room, great bathroom, air conditioned. My only (minor) criticism is that, while there was a kettle in the room there was no tea/coffee provision. I asked at reception and was told they weren't provided - in which case why put a kettle in the room? That simple thing would have raised our rating. Otherwise very happy, very well located (10 minute walk to Avenida Metro).

Its okay if you just want a place to sleep, which is what we were looking for. It is ideal for people with mobility. We have a stroller which made it difficult with the stairs. There is an elevator, but it does not go directly to each floor.

It is nothing like the photos and very definitely only a two star hotel. The lobby area is utilitarian and unwelcoming. Reception staff are not welcoming at all. The lifts stop on a mezzanine level so you have to carry your luggage up stairs. The rooms are in poor condition with damaged walls, airconditioning not working, outside metal shutters removed from windows and only sheer curtains meaning the room is not dark, tea and coffee facilities not provided as advertised. The rooms are very noisy with only single glazing onto a very busy road. It is a long way to the metro and the cobblestones are very bad in this area wreaking havoc on suitcase wheels. There is nothing romantico at all about this property.

The hotel had a slightly odd set up but was comfortable and meet all the needs. There were issues with our shower and hair dryer, we ended up using one of the extra bathrooms down the hall and found it easy enough, however had the hotel been full I’m not sure how that would have worked out.

Aire acondicionado muy deficiente, pasamos calor en las noches, almohadas incómodas,

Hemos estado muy cómodos en la habitación. El baño era compartido pero estaba muy limpio,al igual que la cocina compartida. Por destacar algo negativo es que tiene ascensor pero no llega a todas las plantas y teníamos el ultimo piso. Personal muy amable y desayuno muy bueno

I knew what I was getting into when I booked this hotel so my expectations weren't too high. The rooms are small and bathrooms are shared. If I counted properly, there were 10 rooms (mix of singles and doubles) per floor served by two bathrooms per floor. Surprisingly there didn't seem to be any bathroom back-ups during my stay. The room was small and featured an incredibly uncomfortable single bed, but it was what I expected. No fridge or microwave in the room, but there was a shared kitchen on the 1st floor with a fridge and microwave. The location was excellent, perhaps a 10 minute walk from Picoas metro stop; slightly longer to Marques de Pombal or Avenida metro stops. Optional continental breakfast next door at Hello Vietnam restaurant was OK; skip the scrambled eggs from a mix for a hard boiled egg. There are two small grocery stores down the block. It seems that the hotel is located on a quiet side street but looks can be deceiving. While not a major thoroughfare, the street connects two major plazas, so gets a lot of traffic and has two bus routes (luckily, buses seem to stop running around 10pm). My major complaint was the noise--the street is paved with cobblestones (Belgian Blocks), car, truck and bus tires make an incredible racket as they drive over them. Some rooms at the back of the hotel might be marginally quieter. No regrets staying at this affordable hotel--but my ability to sleep definitely suffered!

Lo pongo para que mejoren, tienen que estar limpias las toallas, si son blancas tienen que relucir, y la habitación no estaba mal pero con un poquito más de limpieza, sería un sitio 100x100 recomendable, para amigos y familia ,por lo demás genial el trato de los empleados

Sí bien tiene ascensor, te obliga a usar escaleras lo que no es inclusivo para los que tenemos ciertos problemas de salud. El baño compartido es un problema siempre pero se mantuvo impecable. Muy bueno sundesayuno incluido y excelente la atención en la recepción

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, coming through from adjoining balcony. Shower screen had no sealant at the bottom so water spilled out onto bathroom floor. Shower curtain was mouldy. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The room we stayed in was infested with bed bugs. Hotel staff was accommodating but we found one on the ceiling and left with so many bites.

Tout était parfait seul bémol la moisissure le long de la vitre du bain douche.

Hôtel correct. Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre est relativement propre mais il y a des traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain. Il est important d’apporter des bouchons d’oreilles, c’est plutôt bruyant (les murs sont en carton)… Mais pas trop cher pour Lisbonne et bien situé.

The bed quality was the worst I've ever experienced a $50 mattress very hard and impossible to sleep on. The pillow was incredibly fat and hard impossible to sleep on I had to use the throw pillow which was Tiny and crappy. The windows to the busy road were useless for noise so we heard every single noise. On the positives breakfast was fantastic and good decent quality espresso and the place was clean and your front desk staff was friendly. If you make a little investment on the things I mentioned you would have gotten a five-star review from me

Hotel correct pour le prix, mais la salle de bain n'était pas tres propre

Falta de toalhas ,faltava uma porta no banheiro , não havia chá nem no quarto nem no bar do hotel , para o pequeno almoço temos que sair do hotel e ir a loja ao lado mesmo sendo incluído na reserva , a roupa de cama estava manchada quando cheguei e as toalhas também foi a minha pior experiência . Não recomendo e sem falar que fiquei no quarto romântico …

Wer nur zum schalfen kommt, ist es ok, obwohl es sehr laut sein kann. Die Speiseauswahl beim Frühstück war schlecht und hat auch nicht gut geschmeckt. Würde das Hotel nicht noch mal wählen.

Decepcionante. Muchísimo ruido proveniente de la calle pasan ambulancias cada 30 minutos, imposible dormir. La habitación estaba al lado del cuartde baño comunitario asi que el ruido también cada que alguien iba al baño. No hay ni agua en las habitaciones. Lo ofrecen como tres estrellas pero no llega ni a una. Nuestra habitación tenia baño privado, era lo único que valía la pena. Nos cambiamos de hotel la ultima noche pues no pudimos dormir las tres que estuvimos.

Trying to end my trip on a good note and spent a bit more for a 3star hotel. This is definitely a 2 star!! My room was clean and spacious but there were no blinds and a sheer curtain which did nothing with the street light outside my window. The neighborhood offers nothing special and is just a bit far dragging luggage on cobblestones from the metro station. I was disappointed and definitely preferred staying in old town. No comparison.

This place is all you need. Breakfast was great. The rooms are a bit small and sound travels quite a bit but worth it for the price point.

Estadia muito boa. Limpeza, alimentação, atendimento, banheiro, tudo muito bom. Apesar do nosso quarte ser bom, espaçoso e com camas confortáveis, não tinha muita iluminação natural.

The experenice is not good..deluxe room but no facality...no AC Working properly,,no tissue paper in room.staff was not co erativr..bad expereince

Sèche cheveux HS à l'arrivé et remplacé après trois jours de réclamations. Durant un séjour de cinq nuits : chambre non faite le deuxième jour , absence de serviettes le troisième jour. Petit déjeuner impossible avant 8h30 et fin du service avec expulsion à 10h00. Trés peut d'Isolation phonique avec la rue. Serte le tarif peut paraître intéressent, mais pour quelques euros de plus l'on trouve des hôtels avec un bien meilleur rapport qualité prix et avec de biens meilleures préstations

Muy buena experiencia. El hotel esta muy bn localizado y el personal es super atento. Lo recomendamos 100%.

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Bon emplacement, hôtel confortable et sécuritaire, très propre avec très bon resto juste à côté de l’hôtel. Seul bémol, on dort bien mais les matelas sont mous. Nous avons adoré l’endroit!

Staff very friendly helpful

I have stayed three days in this hotel however the towel were not changes even once i had to request the manager to give us a new one on the last night . the room was not cleaned. the day i arrived until 5 there was no towels in the room. the location was horrible away from metro its a lonely road after 10.00pm. the breakfast was excellent. staff were helpful however some had not idea of the surrounding. If you want to live in the city then i don't recommend this place. one plus point was that the manger was vey helpful and humble.

It was a good location - walking distance to main attractions. Great restaruants near by. Clost to metro. Friendly staff. Basic accomidation but very good value for the price.

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere la metro e i mezzi in generale. Con una bella passeggiata si può arrivare a Rossio e piazza del commercio. Anche i dintorni non sono male. Innumerevoli ristorantini e negozi. Colazione ottima, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo ci è stata data una stanza vicina ad un Office e li sbattimento continuo di porta giorno e notte era alquanto disturbante

L hôtel est très bien situé à 5 mins à pied de la station de métro et 4 arrêts du centre touristique

Pra quem vai em família recomendo é um hotel razoável limpo e bem situado perto do Marquês do pombal

El lugar es tranquilo, está bien ubicado, cerca pasa un autobús que te lleva a la torre de Belén y el metro está a 10 minutos que te lleva al aeropuerto y al centro. De hecho puedes ir caminando a los lugares turísticos.

Acomodação boa a preço justo. A 1km do metro, mas para quem gosta de andar a localizacao permite uma caminhada ate os principais pontos turisticos. O cafe da manhã era bem gostoso e todos os funcionarios foram gentis. Tive uma certa dificuldade em conseguir colocar o chuveiro no quente no nosso andar, entao eu descia e tomava banho no primeiro andar.

Boa localização, atendimento excelente, quartos bons.

L’hôtel convient pour quelques jours, ce n’est pas luxueux il y a le strict minimum. Le déjeuner est servi dans un restaurant à côté de l’hôtel et est bien.

Bem localizado, porém caso necessite de acessibilidade esse não é o seu lugar. Quarto grande e confortável, cheirava um pouco de mofo, porém deixamos a porta da varanda aberta para ventilar bem e melhorou. Café da manhã bem simples, servido no restaurante ao lado e com horário bem restrito. Bom custo-benefício.

A decent hostel with a very limited buffet. The room was nice, complete with a closet and a balcony, and it was clean.

A estadia foi ok tendo o necessário para passar poucos dias. Cama e chuveiro bom. Café da manhã foi bom. Tudo foi agradável.
