Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

I love it

The service was excellent and the view from our room was tremendous.

Great choices of food and Starbucks Coffee too.

They canceled my reservation without telling me, so I only found out when I arrived for check in. 'Good news, better news,' they told me, they booked me at the Hyatt. The Hyatt was not the room I wanted in several details. So, I never actually got to stay here because of their poor communication.

Even though there was no view of the Falls, the location was very convenient. The connection to nearby Hotels and amenities made walking in the elements easy. The rooms were large and clean. Excellent water pressure, nice bath and toiletries. Nespresso machine, unlimited coffee pods and water bottles was essential. Staff was friendly, took a while sometimes to get requested items. The room felt a little "corporate", but overall very nice. There were some strange noises, like clicking or creaking even though we were on the top floor but not too bad
