Struttura in posizione strategica sul centralissimo Corso Mazzini, zona pedonale elegante e, al tempo stesso, principale arteria commerciale della città, e a due passi dal grande parcheggio custodito di piazza Belotti. E' stato quindi comodissimo posteggiare l'automobile, portare i bagagli in albergo e scendere per godersi la movida cosentina e cenare in uno dei tanti locali circostanti. Ottimamente posizionato in centro citta sulla principale via del passeggio, dello shopping e della ristorazione. Ampio parcheggio auto sotterraneo, convenzionato a € 5,00 al giorno con possibilità di entrare ed uscire anche più volte al giorno. Accoglienza molto cortese anche se siamo arrivati un po' in ritardo, sistemazione in camera spaziosa e veramente ottimo buffet al mattino per colazione.

If there was ever a time that the phrase "dont judge a book by its cover " applied it would be of this place. Not much to look at from outside but once you enter into the hotel/airbnb" its a total transformation. Visually appealing, bed was very comfortable, toiletries were great, shower pressure great, large TV, bathroom was beautiful and functional. Loved staff so helpful and accomodating as well. Very close to transportation too. Only disappointment was that we didnt stay longer. Until next time.

Extremely comfortable.One of the best sleep nights that I've had while traveling. The room seems to be sound proofed so I heard no street noise nor noise from other rooms. The room had its own mini-split (heating/cooling system), so I could pick the temperature that I liked. The room and the rest of the property felt very welcoming. The location is right downtown Cosenza, and the bus station is just a few blocks away. The host helped me find my way. The folks in town were also very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
